Description of Work: MR. EHMER CAME TO CHECK A POTENTIALLY LEAKY WINDOW. HE CONDUCTED SEVERAL TESTS AND DECIDED IT WAS OUR SIDING CAUSING THE PROBLEM. HE SUGGESTED EASY WAYS TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM AND DID NOT CHARGE US FOR HIS TIME OR EXPERTISE.

Description of Work: I CALLED MIKE IN MID-SEPTEMBER ABOUT SOME LEAKING WINDOWS. HE SAID HE WAS BOOKED UP BUT WOULD PUT ME ON HIS WAITING LIST AND TO EXPECT A CALL IN LATE OCTOBER. I HAVE CALLED HIM THREE TIMES SINCE NOVEMBER 1ST AND LEFT POLITE MESSAGES EACH TIME, BUT HE HAS NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS.
