I called for instructions, was told to bring printer in, which I did, explaining that it did not print like it had for the 1 1/2 years I had it. They said they had adjusted rollers; when I got it home, the same thing happened. Sometimes it would not print at all, always it went through a lot of instructions about copying (which I don't do). I brought it back (long trip) with more details of the problems I was having. Was called the next day to pick it up, they seemed to imply that what it does was usual procedure. Still prints sometimes but not all of the time. Maybe it is unfixable, but I was not pleased that the implication was that I just didn't understand my printer. It seemed a high price to pay for this opinion.
