+ 0 moreI previously found when windows 10 open and they offered classes for free. I took some classes and they are still being offered today. I have taken 3 laptops at once and were able to get them serviced. All services I needed at Best Buy that were a charge, I got here for free. Their technicians will diagnosis and teach you how to use your computer at no charge. They will schedule 1-on-1 classes for no charge. They are there to teach you Microsoft products and want you to learn! They are awesome! You also do not need an appointment and don't forget your power cords!

+ -1 moreThere was no cost because they just do that with anybody that has a Microsoft operating system. They offer free service. They have lots of technicians on hand. The quality of the service is fine. It’s a good quality.
Description of Work: We used Microsoft Store for computer repair. They gave our old computer and cleaned it up. They refreshed the software.
