Description of Work: I had a entryway, stairway, office and dining room painted. There were two men that came to the house, they were professional and actually finished in 2 days. They touched up a master bathroom/matched the paint color where I had taken down curtains and patches some holes. I can't even see where the holes were. They covered my hardwood floors nicely with drape clothes. They were very careful about not getting gray paint on the white crown molding. I can tell these guys are pro's with lots of experience and I am very critical of paint work. The quote did not include the paint, but they brought all their own supplies.

+ 1 moreI hired them to do the outside first and liked the way they worked, so had them come back in a few months and paint the complete interior. They had a four man crew most of the time and worked steadily through the day until about 3:30. They were done with each job within three days. They knew what they were doing and the inside of the house looked like new when they were done. That was a couple of years ago and I've been very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Pressure washed the outside of house. Painted exterior trim, garage door, shutters, front door, etc. Painted all interior, ceilings, insides of closets, woodwork and doors and walls.

+ -1 moreThey redid our garage. They were on time. They called us a few days later to make sure that we were happy with their work. It was a nice follow-up. They cleaned up after themselves. After I called them, they came and gave me an estimate within a day. They got us worked into their schedule within a short amount of time, which was impressive because it was springtime. They told us up front how many days the project would take and they completed it within the alloted time frame. Overall, I was satisfied.
Description of Work: I used Michael Price Painting in May for a painting project in my garage.

+ 0 moreHis work was satisfactory. He did a complete and thorough job of washing the vinyl siding. He used tarps to cover the cement and porches and was careful painting around the chimney, roof and screens. He did everything he said he would do.
Description of Work: He pressure washed the vinyl siding and painted the trim on the house. He also caulked around the porch and ceilings.

+ 3 moreMike and his crew did a super job, especially considering the condition this house was in. It looks so much better now. They worked diligently, thorough, and efficiently in the hot humid weather. He took initiative to repair things I didn't know about and with no extra charge. The whole crew has great team work and will work hard until the job is done.
Description of Work: Scrape, caulk, prep, and prime wood trim around all windows and roof line trim gutters on 1940 brick home. Also repaired and painted the stucco garage, doors, window trim, etc.
