Mike is very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. My deck was in need of some repairs, power washing, and re-staining. Mike did a phenomenal job and went the xtra mile to ensure it was up to his personal high standards as well as mine. I would recommend Mike for any work needed, especially refurbishment of any woodwork.

I hired Mike Davidson to do a full remodel of my house October 1st 2017. I asked that he bid everything he needs to do in order to get the house completely ready to go. Kitchen, refinish floors, basement, fix drywall, windows and bathroom. Everything sounded great. He knew what to say to get the job. He gave me a bid for $20,000 dollars and completion in 4 weeks. First week, I was there to supervise the work and everything went great. As soon as I left, everything went into contractor nightmare. He would call me and say things like "hey you should really change all of these outlets. Ill do it for $1200 more". I agreed to some of these things until I realized it would never end. He pressured me to keep paying him because "there wasn't any profit in the job for him" and he said he needed to be paid weekly to keep going on the project. He would send me pictures of half completed projects and say it was just about finished and he needed another check. In reality, he was less than 50% finished on anything. He added a new lock and locked my mother out of the house when I sent her to check on his work. I asked him to remove the lock and he told me no. He would randomly break out in yelling and try to intimidate anyone who accused him of not doing his job. He left his personal mattress leaning against my garage until I got calls from the neighbor complaining. He backed into my other neighbors car and the guy said he never did anything about it. I had to send people there at night because they were afraid to see him and be verbally attacked. He was using my house as a workshop for several other projects like refinishing doors that were not mine. There were times when he would make zero progress for weeks and he would constantly blame other people. After 6 months and almost no progress, I changed the locks and locked him out in April after he told me that he had spent all of the $20,000 I had paid him and he was now working for free. According to his bid, he completed less than $8,000 worth of work. He later said that he would finish the job but I needed to pay him more and he needed 6 more weeks. He polyurethaned my doors and they are all peeling. He laid the tile I purchased for the bathroom and its not level even though he installed the subfloor. There are clearly sharp edges of the small tiles sticking up that a blind person would notice. I am now out $20,000+ and my house is still not even close AND he cracked my 100 year old stained glass window. DONT HIRE and if you do, dont pay him until you are absolutely sure the project is 100% completed and correct. Mike was missing in action for months at a time and always promised to show results soon. "Next week", "by thanksgiving", "by christmas", "3-4 more weeks", "by easter". Mike took all $20,000 of my money as fast as he could and used my empty house to work on other small jobs he had. He always made things sound like they were almost finished and would act threatening towards anyone I sent to inspect. He did decide to pick out his own paint color for my fence which matches nothing around my house. He did apply what looks like drylock to my basement walls, unfortunately he didn't wipe them down first, so it's already peeling and yellow. He did also break or steal my antique front door lock. He says it broke into a million pieces when he took it off. Which I doubt because he saved everything I asked for, except for the antique fixtures which I reminded him about several times. Mike cannot handle big jobs. Do not hire this guy. He will majority take advantage of you in every way.

Great experience start to finish. I worked with Micheal and he was very responsive. The day I called to obtain a quote for various projects (electrical, plumbing, crawl space, etc) he answered the phone and was able to work me in the same day. He was professional, reasonably priced, and thorough. I would absolutely use him again for future projects at my home.

Mike and his team did a great job. They were responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop during the entire project. I would hire him again and would recommend him to a friend.

Went really well.

Very poor service. Unprofessional. Did not communicate schedule delays, cost or material issues until asked. Shoddy work. Shower now leaks. I had to hire someone else to correct the issues caused by this contractor. Attempted to change me for damage caused by the contractor. Did not abide by the original invoice and violated the Indiana Home Improvement Contract Act.

Meridian Pro Service did an amazing job on our project. We needed a room painted, a TV wall mount installed and pictures hung. The painters, Carlos and Carlos Jr, did an amazing job!! They took the walls of our 80 year old house and fixed cracks, prepared, primed and painted beautifully! They were also very courteous and just great guys. Mike Richardson (the company owner, contractor, carpenter, and jack of all trades) is wonderful. He's so easy to talk to and is brilliant. After our current project was finished, we chatted about some of the many things we need done in our old home... he has fabulous ideas!! We will absolutely be asking Meridian Pro Service to do all of our remodeling. I trust that everything will be done beyond our expectations. And, a great big thank you to them for taking care of our project on such short notice so that it would be completed before our kids and grandkids come for Thanksgiving. I recommend Meridian Pro Service wholeheartedly!
