Mervin did an excellent job. He completed all of the requested work as well as doing some extra things at no cost. He replaced some outside light fixtures at his own expense. Due to weather and a death in the family, it took a little longer than was expected. That is all understandable. Mervin cleaned up after himself after working every day. He is very professional and extremely polite. It may not make a difference to some people, but he is a man of God and a great family man.

He's excellent. He's polite, cleaned up everyday. He does excellent work. He has done other work for us. He has also done paver work in the past for us. He's wonderful! I would highly recommend him!

It was completed in a timely manner( one week)

It went great. He walked us the client through each step from demo, to prints, to framing, to drywalling. Then sanded and painted. My advise is this company is great to go with, and if you have multiple things you need accomplished, let them do it all from start to finish. It saves you time, money, and heart ache!

It went great! Mr McDowell and his worker were on time (although we had to wait for the proper weather!), professional, skilled and very courteous. We originally just asked for the roof are to be fixed, but other houses in the neighborhood had issues with the porch columns rotting, so we had him check that out. One was rotted quite a bit and the other just a little. He showed me both and recommended replacing one and said the other could be fixed. I respect his honesty, he did not try to get us to replace both for a higher price. Communication was good through the process, also! We will definitely use McDowell Construction for other projects/repairs around our house and would highly recommend them!

I would use them again in the future. This is the second time I am using them.

The dust was so strong from the mortar it went under a door and into another room. He was very nice, but I had white mortar on the fireplace and what he added was not quite white.
