+ -1 moreSTOOD UP TWICE. WHEN SHE WAS SUPPOSED TO PICK UP MY KEY IN ORDER TO CLEAN WHILE I WAS ON VACATION, I WAS TOLD SHE WAS GOING ON VACATION. SHE OFFERED A DISCOUNT ON NEXT CLEAN, BUT WHEN I CALLED SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. THEN SHE DIDN'T SHOW UP.
