There was oversight from the beginning to the end. The general contractor provided intentional supervision and made sure I was treated fairly. The work was exceptional. It exceeded my high expectations.

. Overall experience with Maple Road was excellent. Worked with Dave W. on most of the project. Dave's detail in letting me know what and how the project was going was superb. Once the details of what we wanted done were set, Maple Road was in and out in less than 14 days. Great communication, on time each morning, cleaned up everyday (which is important with having kids), very professional and very detailed in their work. They were very helpful in picking out flooring or making suggestions on certain designs, configurations, etc. Maple Road went above and beyond on certain aspects of the job (one example while waiting for a hand to hang drywall Dave W. leveled all closet, bathroom, and bedroom entry doors). They were a great team to work with and we are very happy with the jobs they completed for us. Thanks!

Outstanding!!! These folks are the real deal and everything you want when thinking about a contractor: very high quality work at fair pricing, smart problem-solving, really nice subs that they bring in and oversee, very thoughtful about being in your home. And on top of that, they are cost-conscious and our project came in right at what was estimated - wow!! Everything about our experience was just wonderful. This is our second project with them and there is no doubt that we'll use them again.

We could not be happier with the work that they did for us. They worked in a very timely manner and met and/or exceeded our expectations. The job went very smoothly. They had remodled a bathroom a few years ago for us and so I knew the excellent work they do. In this case, we were going to be gone during some of the work and I gave them a key to the house. I knew they would always be there when a subcontractor was there and overseeing the work. I was kept informed at each step and knew what to expect. Since here was no change in the configuration, when the new cabinets were in and waiting on the new countertops, they set the old countertop in place and turned water on so we were never really without use of the kitchen. They guided me to good suppliers and set up appointments.

My experience with Bob and his subs was oustanding!! The design was well though-out and the craftsmanship was superior. I am very picky, but cannot find any flaw with their work. Bob will be my first call on future projects!

Overall, everything is just as I had asked. The screening was removed without damage to the trim and replaced and touched up so that one would never now it had been removed. The porch is once again bug free! The play set/play house are now able to be used without fear of collapse. There was a lot of wood rot and Dave and his crew replaced all affected areas that I had seen and then more of which I wasn't aware. They crew arrived on time, worked steadily, were respectful of my request about smoking, and did a great job. I have used Maple Road in the past and will continue to do so.

What appeared to be a rather simple job that turned into a very difficult removal. The brick was held in place with concrete instead of mortar and the pad varied in depth from two or three inches to eight inches. That created much more material to carry away than anticipated. I changed some of my request and the job was much more difficult and took much more time than anticipated. Maple Road discussed the changes and the additional cost and was more than fair in the adjustment. Clean up was very complete to the point that I could put dirt in the area and plant grass seed without any additional clean up or work. This is certainly not the last job that I will be doing with Maple Road!

We have used Maple Road for several major remodeling projects and have always had a great experience working with Bob and Joe. On 2-11-09, a windstorm blew over most of our wood privacy fence, which we needed to keep our 3 dogs contained to the backyard. I got the call at work at 3pm informing me of the damage, and by 6pm Bob and one of his employees had obtained the materials and erected a temporary fence.

The project manager was there everyday and we conferred on what was happening. He worked hard to schedule and reschedule the plumbers, electricians and carpenters to keep the working moving even as the usual old house problem (drain pipes the needed to be replaced, electrical wiring that required more work than anticipated) arose. I think John, the project manager, painted and patched the ceiling several times until he was satisfied. The work area was kept as clean as possible and they tried to make sure that we had a working toilet and sink each weekend. The workmen were all very professional, competent and polite. They were all nice to our dog who befriended them all. We would have no problem recommending them to friends, especially as they were recommended to us by friends, as well as having good reports in Angie's List.
