 + -1 moreWalked in to buy some flowers because it was close to where I live and was on Angie's List. The store was dark and dreary, several employees looked up from what they were doing, said nothing and ignored me. Finally an entirely different person came out to help me and she was nice. The flower arrangement was average and I probably would have gotten more for my money at a large discount store. However, it was the total lack of friendliness that stuck in my mind more than anything and I will never buy flowers from them again for that reason alone.
Description of Work: Walk-in flower arrangement purchase.

 + -1 moreTHE ARRANGEMENT ARRIVED EXACTLY ON TIME AND WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE FLOWERS WERE FRESH AND HAVE LASTED LONGER THAN EXPECTED. WHAT'S VERY IMPORTANT TO ME SINCE IT WAS ORDERED THROUGH THE WEB SITE IS THAT THE ARRANGEMENT IS EXACTLY AS PICTURED.
