 + -1 moreHE CHARGED $100.00, BUT HE MADE AN EXTRA TRIP FOR SUPPLIES AND GAVE ADVICE ON OTHER MATTER, SO I GAVE HIM $200.00 FOR HIS HONESTY, GOOD WORK ETHICS AND ALL ROUND NICE PERSON! MATT HAS DONE OTHER WORK FOR ME - LAST SPRING HE SEALED ALL OF THE CRACKS AND CREVICES ON THE STONE, ON THE CHIMNEY AND THE JOIN OF THE PATIO AND THE STONE. HE HAS DONE WORK FOR SEVERAL FRIENDS, BUT THEY ARE NOT MEMBERS OF ANGIE`S LIST.
Description of Work: A FOUNDATION SPECIALIST SAID THE SPACE THAT HAD ERODED, DUE TO WATER FROM A LEAKING HOSE RUNNING DOWN THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE, NEEDED TO BE FILLED IN WITH CONCRETE FOOTINGS. HE SAID THE COST SHOULD BE WELL UNDER $500.00. MATT DUG OUT DIRT IN THE CRAWL SPACE, BUILT IT UP WITH CONCRETE BLOCKS AND FILLED THE HOLE WITH 300 LBS OF CONCRETE MIX.
