I am very pleased with the outcome the kitchen looks great and is much more functional then before. The cabinet company did a great job in e-mailing me during the whole process of manufacturing the cabinets. Once the cabinets came in I notified Lowes and they had the contractor contact me and he got started one week later. He finished the majority of the work within a couple of days but the complete job did not get finished until 3 months later. The side splash was not ordered and we got the run around for about a month, we were told that it was ordered, that it wasn’t ordered, that it was in, and that there was a delay because of the Holiday. But everything worked out and I am very pleased. I would say that if your project is not 100% complete do not sign anything wait until the project is complete. I feel that if I would have waited then there would have been more eregency in completing the project.

They did a great job of explaining the best options for us and our situation that best met our needs. They had sales people readily available and they had a nice selection of carpet.

We did have some problems with the shower, but they ended up sending for the parts from the company. The parts were free and it was no problem. They were very cooperative.

It did not go well. It was a company contracted by Lowe's. After they left we didn't have any hot water for a few days. They made a few big mistakes. We actually went about five days without any hot water at all.

They did a wonderful job, great follow up, and their prices were fair. They were very helpful at the store.

We were supposed to get our delivery charge returned to us from them but that didn't happen.

Excellent customer service and delivery was free with rebate.

They were professional and I would be glad to tell anyone about them.

End result, I fired them before they did the job. I paid for the detail, the detailer called later than their stated 48 hour guarantee, but he did call. He came out, listened to what I wanted to have done, wrote up his report and turned it in to Lowe's. I went in to Lowe's on June 21, 2007, ordered the window based on the detailers' write up, and signed their installation contract. Two weeks later, the installer came to my house, but he didn't have the right materials for the job or even the right window. I went back to Lowe's and paid more for the new construction installation fee and corrected the window size. Two weeks later, I had not been contacted for an installation date. I went to Lowe's and asked for all of my money back. They refunded everything but the detail fee. The response when I asked for that to be refunded was "Sorry." Well, I'm sorry, but I'll go somewhere else to finish remodeling my house now.

I found I was being taken advantage of by plumbers, so I went to Lowe's for my water heater. I'm very glad I did! I paid $500 less than what I was quoted by a plumber. The manager even called after it was installed to make sure it was working okay!

I was happy with the transaction. I called a big plumbing company and was quoted a price of $985! I called another big plumbing company, and they would not quote a price over the phone. They said someone would have to come look at it, which made me pretty sure the price would be unacceptable also. So I went to Lowe's, picked one out on the shelf for $267, signed up for delivery/installation the next day for $200. The guy came on time, installed, and took away the old one. This was a couple months ago, and I haven't had any problems with it.

Their employees are very informed and able to answer all of my questions.

Performance was timely, quick and professional. Did find that I needed to remind installer of ''Catch Drain Pan'' that was to be installed under Water Heater, however it was accomplished prior to water heater fill-up. Overall very satisfied of service performed, and would use again. Lowes did a follow-up phone call to check on installation.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL ESPECIALLY IN THE GARDENING SECTION. PEOPLE ARE HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS.

I HAVE EXPERIENCED VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEING IGNORED BY CLERKS, LEFT STANDING AT THE COUNTER WHILE TRYING TO PAY ON MY ACCOUNT, AND UNABLE TO GET HELP WITH A QUESTION. LOWE'S USED TO HAVE A TEN-FOOT RULE. THAT IS, IF A CLERK WAS WITHIN 10 FEET OF A CUSTOMER, THEY WERE TO GREET HIM AND ASK IF THEY COULD BE OF HELP. IT SEEMS THAT NOW THE RULE IS THAT, IF THEY GET WITHIN 10 FEET, THEY ARE TO TURN AND RUN AWAY.

THE STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN, BUT THE PRICES ON CARPETING ARE QUITE A BIT HIGHER THAN THEIR COMPETITORS.

THEY SUBCONTRACT WITH A PLUMBING COMPANY TO DO THE INSTALLATION. THEY HAD TO COME BACK THREE TIMES TO STOP A LEAK UNDER THE SINK.

DUE TO AN URGENT NEED (OUR REFRIGERATOR DIED THE NIGHT BEFORE) I RECEIVED SAME-DAY SERVICE FROM LOWE'S IN PURCHASING A NEW REFRIGERATOR AND HAVING IT DELIVERED. THEY INSTALLED THE NEW ONE AND TOOK THE OLD ONE AWAY FOR ONLY A $30 CHARGE. I ADDITIONALLY RECEIVED VERY HELPFUL PERSONAL SERVICE IN HOW TO REPLACE THE EXISTING COPPER WATER LINE (FOR THE ICE MAKER) WITH A NEW FLEX-STEEL LINE.
