Description of Work: I contacted Mr Spaid in August 2012, after I saw him painting a neighbors house. We were in contact planning the painting of my exterior trim on on my two story house. He was very courteous. Mr Spaid pressure washed the trim. After it dried Mr Spaid calked all around the windows and doors. He painted all the trim after after that. He took extra care on the ground by covering the shrubbery.

Description of Work: Mr Spaid painted the upper trim on my house. He pressure washed the areas before, calked and painted. During that time my shrubs and all the areas below were covered and protected. I recommend him and I would hire him again. The work was done in a timely manner.

Description of Work: We called Lloyd Spaid Painting after a referral from a family friend. We had 2 other contractors bid as well, Lloyd was $1200 cheaper than the next best offer. He did a fantastic job. He was extremely meticulous. He painted the whole house, inside and out.
