Dale was great....the house is over 80 years old...so lots of issues like un-square corners....tile bowing out etc. Dale worked magic and he was able to hide those defects...leaving the space look terrific.

Dale and his crew were very responsive and professional from the start.to finish. His estimates and ideas were spot on and his crew was there when they said they would be. The work was done well. When I asked for changes and additions to work, Dale explained the issues and costs involved. In some cases I decided to hold back, but most of the time I had him proceed. As the work proceeded, there were no surprises in cost. He was very fair and diligent. Most importantly, the work was done right and if minor adjustments needed to be made, they came back and took care of it. Overall, Dale and his crew did excellent work and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The contractor answered our phone calls promptly, and was able to start work soon after we signed the contract. All the work was very neat. The employees were polite and helpful.

They gave me a quote for the whole remodel which I thought was reasonable, but we ended up using a friend that did the job on the side. Things were not moving as quickly as I would have liked so I called Dale Mathis to see if he could give me a few of days of his time. He came out and did what we agreed upon for an hourly rate which I thought was fair. For part of the time he had a second guy with him. He was very competent and well worth the money spent. He did a lot of little items that would have taken us forever to complete on our own. I would definitely use the company in the future for remodeling needs.

A DISSAPOINTMENT IN EVERY SENSE. THEY DID POOR WORK, WERE UNPROFFESIONAL AND CRUDE, WERE SLOW TO RESPOND TO CALLS AND MESSAGES AND WERE SLATER EACH DAY THEY DID MANAGE TO SHOW UP. THE FLOORS ARE UNEVEN. ALL OF THE WORK IS VERY VERY BADLY DONE, AND WELL BE SPENDING EVEN MORE MONEY TO FIX IT. PLEASE DONT HIRE THIS COMPANY
