 + -1 moreI contacted Larry about several potential jobs for stripping and waxing multiple offices. He seemed interested and I was going to call back with the addresses and other necessary info. I tried for over a week to make contact but was unsuccessful. Either no answer or fax. Finally got someone who said he would call me back in 30 minutes. I am still waiting. I called again and they informed me he is very busy and had eleven new jobs and could not help. I told them it was not good business practice to lead on then not respond and than drop like a hot potato especially since I got him off the list. He did care and was borderline rude.
Description of Work: Strip and wax multiple commercial floors.

 + -1 moreDON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY THE COVER. LARRY IS NOT THAT IMPRESSIVE A COMMUNICATOR, BUT HE WORKS VERY HARD AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING OUR FLOOR. WE WERE VERY PLEASED. HE WAS A FEW HOURS LATE ON THE DAY OF THE JOB, BUT HE CALLED AND KEPT US INFORMED OF HIS PROGRESS.
Description of Work: STRIPPED, SEALED AND WAXED 200 SQ FEET OF VINYL TILE FLOORING. THE TILE WAS PRETTY DIRTY WITH SOME DEEP GOUGES AND SCRATCHES, BUT LARRY GOT IT ALL CLEAN.
