The technician came out and diagnosed the issue pretty quickly. I unknowingly overpaid my deductible for my home warranty company and was told that K&J would issue a refund. It's been almost a month now. I called and left messages and haven't heard back nor have I received my refund. For this reason, I would not recommend them.

My experience with Kenneth Morris and his company was unsatisfactory. He first was supposed to come at my home on 12/13/2017 at 5:30 p.m. but rescheduled the appointment to 12/15/2017 at 10:00 a.m. He showed up 1/2 hr late. He used my extention cord to do the job. He charged me $20 more than what he told me over the phone. After he was finished and paid in full I noticed that the vent doors outside the house were clogged open with lent. When I called him about the issue he said he would deal with it but never did. Instead he gave me the runaround about rectifying the situation. I feel cheated. This man took my money and ran. He was very unprofessional. I wouldn't advise anybody to do busy with him. Can u say ripoff?
