 + -1 moreJT was prompt and reasonable in giving us a quote. He returned calls and showed up exactly when he said he would. After mowing the front, JT ran into a problem with the mower fitting our irregular gate opening, so could not do the back yard. He charged us for only what he had completed. He called the next day and explained that his equipment would not fit through the gate, and he did not want to tear up our area/fence by trying to make something fit. Then, much to our surprise, he recommended another mower he knew, had talked to him to make sure he had the equipment that would fit our gate, and gave us his number. This recommended guy turned out to be great also. So, even though I am sorry JT won't be mowing for us, I SO APPRECIATE the professional way he handled this situation.
