He is punctual, professional, his guys are well dressed, do not smoke around their job and did a really great job! His estimates are top notch, all done on the computer and he sends revisions when something changes.

Jones paintng provided the most comprehensve quote using premium paints along with a 2yr guarantee of their work They started the job at the anticipated time and completed it in a timely manner. The work site was cleaned up completely every day. The painters were professional and polite. Mr. Jones was always responsive and kept close tabs on the job and informed me of their progress. We had work done by Jones painting before and he was competative in his bids.

Called Jones Painting for an estimate based on a great reputation here at Angie's list. William and his team did not disappoint. Mr. Jones provided me with a prompt and highly accurate estimate, and his room by room breakdown of costs made it easy to add or subtract parts of the house to be painted. He told me exactly what to expect, as well as how many of his team were needed to paint our home in the time frame given. As this was a new home, and we were having it painted before we moved in, we scheduled our job. As with most new home deals these days, the closing date was pushed back twice. Jones Painting handled our reschedules smoothly and easily, never indicating that it was a problem or a bother...even though we were probably giving them fits! On the day of our job, William's team arrived and got to work quickly, efficiently, and CLEANLY. Other than an absolutely perfect paint job, you could not tell that they had been in our house. As the job's end, Mr. Jones walked the job with us and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied. He said that we should live with the job for a while, and if there we found any trouble spots they would come back out to touch them up. So far, we can't find anything! We would highly recommend Jones Painting to anyone. They were worth every penny.

We've employed Jones Painting for several projects over the years . Last year the entire house exterior and detached garage was painted. Our experiences have always been good and have appreciated the professionalism that the individual workmen have provided--always courteous and attentive to our questions and adjustments. It's good to have a company that is reliable and that we can return to with confidence.

William Jones is very professional and has a crew that is very meticulous and detail oriented. For our interior painting, the crew members were courteous and very quiet while they worked. They even listened to classical music while they worked which was very pleasant since I was home the majority of the time they were painting. The exterior job was very labor intensive and all fine brush work. The crew was conscientious and very neat, exactly what I would want in a group of painters. My only comment that for both jobs they took longer than estimated, by 1 to 2 days, but we were not charged for the extra time required. Overall I have been very pleased with this company and will use them again if ever we have another painting project.

I had four estimates done for the interior painting of a home we had just purchased. All of the estimates were from well-reviewed companies that are on Angie's List. Only Jones Painting returned a detailed estimate (by room with labor, Angie's List discount, paint and materials costs all clearly stated). Also, only Jones Painting returned the estimate in the requested timeframe and with the paint I had requested (all Benjamin Moore low-VOC products). Jones Painting's estimate was comparable with the other estimates, although the other companies had specified lower-cost paint. The home had very dark, shiny paint on the walls and many of the ceilings. I selected a bright white paint for the walls and ceilings to match the existing trim. William Jones listened and explained the process. He gave me good advice about the paint finish, etc; when requested. He also noticed details that some of the other estimators missed. He offered to touch up some trim in the living room at no charge. Jones Painting found the paint for the trim that the previous owner had left in the basement (something I had forgotten to do). They also removed two small (wall) cabinets from the kitchen at my request before painting (again, at no charge). This is the first time I have hired professionals to do interior painting. Jones Painting was timely, easy to do business with, and professional. And the paint job looks fantastic! We would recommend this company to friends and family and plan to hire them the next time we need interior or exterior painting.

Jones is professional and good communicator who informed me of progress, and notified me of additional work that needed to occur (some moldy drywall that needed to be removed) before job could be completed. He keeps a very clean, organized work site. I have now used him twice - on two different homes - and would not use anyone else.

They did a very good job for me. The price was really reasonable. It was very good and I found him through Angie’s list. The man who came out was very good and very professional. He looked over the job and scored out clear instructions. He drew a little map and a picture and gave me an accurate estimate. It turned out he was spot on. They were busy and they couldn’t come out for two weeks. Then two of his boys came out and he came with them and explained the job clearly to them. The boys did an excellent job of painting. There was one particular wall that I hadn’t thought I was going to have painted, it turned out that I needed it. They telephoned him and we talked and we added a little bit of more money and did the job. It wasn’t too expensive and so I added that wall painting too. They cleaned up after themselves. They helped move the furniture back into place. They were just very good. If I had known that I could have those rooms painted that simply and that well, I would have done that couple of years ago. I will give them a call if I need some painting the next time. I paid them less than $500 for three sizeable rooms. The price was astonishing. They were helpful and courteous. I wanted them to use the low smell paint and they did that. So the paint smell didn’t last very long. I didn’t have much furniture and they had to move just a couple of things away from the wall. I had moved most of the things but it was nice of them to move that little furniture as well. They even vacuumed before they left. I would use their services again in the future.

William Jones has always been professional, prompt, given high quality and fair pricing. I’ve used him multiple times on projects both inside and out of my home. I’ll be using him for a 5th year this year too. I highly recommend him.

The contractor was on time, worked diligently and cleaned up well after the job was completed.

He got a A+ in every category period! he painting most of our rooms in our house, his work could not be surpass, he didnt cause in disruption from use, he probably is one of the angels.

While 'painting the kitchen' sounds rather simple our job was actually a lot of work given the many cabinets and drawers that had to be partially disassembled then sprayed. It was a solid 6 or 7 days of work and Mr. Jones and his crew were always on time, courteous, and professional. The lead painter on our job, Todd, did a great job and was very conscientious about his work. The final results look great and we would certainly work with Jones again and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Called for estimate - they came and gave one. Called for date(s). They had my first choice dates. Showed up on time, covered everything in the rooms, prepped the ceiling and fixed cracks first day. Came back second day and painted and finished up. Cleaned up and left. We actually added on an extra ceiling from the original estimate, and their new price was very fair to both of us. All done in the two days they promised. Excellent work.

Wm. Jones, the owner, came out in 2 days after I had e-mailed him for an estimate. He promptly gave me an estimate 1 day later, scheduled a 2nd appt. to go over exactly what we wanted and scheduled a start date 1 week later. The workers were prompt and started on time and were finished in 3 days. Wm. again came out to do a final walk through and found some things that were not up to his standards( I didn't see them myself ). He decided that the best thing to do was to apply another coat( at his cost ). The work done was excellent and I found out his standards are alot higher than mine. Wm. is very conscientous about the work done by his painters. The painters cleanup was good but not excellent, a minor detail in my mind. I plan to use him again this summer/fall for my exterior house painting. He applied my Angie's list discount(20%) to the labor. I strongly recommend Wm. Jones painting

Mr. Jones and his crew came on time, worked quickly and very neat about their work. They covered and taped everything that needed to be and even repaired three areas of our plaster walls. I did not have any paint where it was not supposed to be. They finished the job on time. It took two and a half days. Thank you, William Jones

Punctual and professional. Easy to work with!

William was very professional, responsive, and responsible throughout the course of our experience. We had already moved out of the house when his crew was working but he stayed in tough throughout the process. I believe his crew did a good job despite an issue that arose during the course of the project. I will say that William took responsibility for his part of the problem and did offer to rectify the situation. I suggest this company to anyone who needed painting done.

There was also some remodeling done before they painted. There was no mess or anything. They did a very, very good job. I would probably hire them again.

This company did what they said it would do; responded when they said they would respond; and finished when they said they would finish. Professional and thorough - I would use them again.

William Jones provided me with a detailed Scope of Work and quote to perform the services requested after responding to a call and visiting my home to fully understand the project at hand. from the moment they out, we had our estimate the next day and any changes we made along the way were recorded on the contract. they showed up every morning at the same time, and left a neat work area. william kept us in the loop every step of the way. he has had the same employees for a long time. they really like working for him. in fact he employes many family members too. we have already recomended him several times and would use him again.

They did a very good job and I was particularly impressed with one aspect of their work. Their proposal called for one coat on ceilings. However, they ended up doing two coats without being asked, with no added charge just because it didn't look right to them after just one coat. They explained that when my home was built, the ceilings had been spray painted and didn't have a sufficient amount of paint applied to them. Applying two coats of paint with roller and brush provided a superior finish. Wonderful quality work and I would hire them again without question. The only negative, a very minor one, was with clean-up of paint dust. They vacuumed every day after finishing but still left a fair amount of paint dust at the end.

Excellent job and quite professional. Had one day delay at start, but they still managed to finish the job within our time constraints and well within their estimates. No hidden costs. Very good quality, and great clean up job. Kitchen sink garbage disposal broke right before painters arrived, but somehow they fixed that, too, while we were gone (stayed at hotel for painting week). Highly recommend this company!
