Very professional. Clean. We usually hire William Jones because his prices are fair, the work is good and the crews are trustworthy.

Mr. Jones came out to my house for a free estimate. After agreeing to a written estimate we set up the project dates. The first day of work Mr. Jones was promptly here in the morning for the first walk through. Again, we went over the areas to be painted and colors. His primary painter then prepped and started painting. He was very polite and did great work. The project was finished in the time promised to me. Mr. Jones came back for a final walk through on the third day. I was very pleased and would use this company again!

I received three bids for painting. As soon as I met William Jones, I knew I wanted to hire him to do the work. His professionalism, easy going nature and eye for detail were exactly what I had hoped for! Everything was done to a very high standard. William was flexible, responsive and very efficient. The repairs to the drywall were done very well as was the painting. I would highly recommend this company for any painting needs. Also, the discount he applied because we were Angie's List members was the highest discount I've ever encountered as an AL member.

Everything went very well overall. They did a nice job, were courteous, and responsive.

Wow! I am so pleased with my experience with William Jones of Jones Painting. His communications were timely and courteous. His estimate process was very thorough. His level of professionalism was extraordinary. I loved that not only did he provide an estimate via e-mail (the very next day after coming out to my home), but that he also follows up with a hard copy in the mail along with references, proof of insurance and an expectations sheet. I honestly didn't think this level of service existed anymore. So, all that being said, I will absolutely contact Jones Painting for future painting projects. The only reason we didn't select him to do the work this time was that price was our number one consideration and we did get a lower bid from another contractor that we were also comfortable with.

William provides a detailed estimate of the work that will be done. He is very detail oriented in his estimates so the customer knows how much of the total cost is for materials, including what materials are required, and how much for labor. He puts everything down in writing so the customer can review it and know exactly what you are getting for your money. This also enables you to make any changes or additions prior to his starting the job. He is very customer oriented and will go the extra step to ensure you are pleased with the end result. His employees seem to follow his example of pleasing the customer. William and the workers all seem to take pride in their work. The portion of my living room ceiling that was retextured is 100% better than what was done by a contractor previously who charged much more than William. I am completely happy with all the work performed and would recommend Jones Painting to any one.

Mr. Jones was punctual and provided a bid that was detailed. He explained to me how he would repair a wall that regularly cracks. His workers came on time and they did a great job.

William was very quick to respond to my request for a quotation to paint the exterior of my house and my garage. I was given a detailed explanation of what they would do, references, and certificate of liablity insurance. Because my house is old, they helped open and close the windows that were sticking. They were very professional, and I would recommend this company to others.

William provided a quote on time, and was very courteous when he came to my house to discuss the work. His team did high-quality work and even repaired some previous painting mistakes so it would meet his quality standards. They showed up on time, worked very quickly, did not leave a mess behind, and were very polite. Mr Jones responded immediately to my phone call and came to inspect the work area and give me an estimate very promptly. His estimate included a 20% discount which made his offer 1/3 less than the other 2 bids. I was not at home when the work was done, but it was completed on time and I was very happy with the finished result. The crew cleaned up the area nicely. Mr Jones was very professional, fair, thorough, and pleasant. I could not have had a better experience and I have already recommmended him to several friends.

William was wonderful to work with as he was very punctual and provided some very good insights into the job. The gentleman that painted the basement was very diligent and did a great job. William came by to inspect the work and make sure the job had been completed to his standards. I would not hesitate to recommend Jones painting to anyone. I will definitely utilize them for any work in the future.

William and his crew were very professional. All work was completed on time. They were polite, friendly and cleaned up everything each day before leaving. They were helpful in deciding on colors and got samples for us to see. There was a lot of prep work and repairs that had to be made. They did a great job, very professional. They did a beautiful job and I would not hesitate to use Jones Painting for any future painting that we have done.

Fabulous job. Really impressed with the professionalism of the workers and their attention to detail. Several quality inspections were performed by William and he is a perfectionist - really enjoyed working with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Price was right too - we received 5 painting quotes for the house and this was extremely reasonable.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and professionalism of Jones Painting. Before the work started, the owner, William Jones, returned to do a walk through with me to be sure we were in agreement on the work to be done. Also before the work began, he provided us with a written list detailing what to expect in terms of start and end times, clean-up at the end of each day, and workers' conduct. On the first day of work, Mr. Jones did a walk-through with his crew and me, taking sufficient time to be sure we were all on the same page. The workers complied with every item on the list of expectations. They started and finished the job exactly as predicted, with no surprises of any type. The painters were very pleasant and easy to have around. They showed up on time and worked continuously through the day except for their lunch break. Mr. Jones came by most of the days to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any questions.

William was professional, punctual and polite. He provided the estimate via email and regular mail, which impressed me. His estimate was professionally itemized and thorough. He followed up weekly via email to inquire if I had made my decision, which I really appreciated.

It was a great experience. William provided me with a very thorough and professionally done estimate along with his insurance information and a list of referrences. The price was fair, he was able to do the work quickly and efficiently and I was very pleased with the quality of the work. There was some difficulty matching the existing wall paint and he went out of his way to make sure that was done to my satisfaction. The work was performed at a townhome I lease out, so I don't live there. William made a special effort to meet me at the townhome after the painting was completed in order to make sure I was pleased with the work.

Contacted William Jones in November, 2011 and had him give us an estimate on the work we wanted done. We had three other estimates in addition to his. William was exactly on time and was very thorough in finding out exactly what we wanted. A few days later we received a detailed, professional, estimate, on his company letterhead, outlining every detail of every room, including a list of materials & paint needed, to the exact item amount. The quote included Labor and materials. We finally scheduled the painting for February, after we had completed installing new flooring in the bathroom and William came out again, before he sent his painters in, to make sure we still wanted everything we had agreed upon. We scheduled a date and he said the job would take 5 days. On the day they were to start, his crew showed up exactly on time, with William and began working. They prepared the rooms, covered everything and finished each room and each part of the job in 5 days, as stated. His crew was polite, on time every day and cleaned up every day before they left. William stopped by our house every day to check on the job progress and point out things he saw that needed attention, My wife and I were thrilled at their professionalism and attention to detail and they did a great job. I will definitely use them again.

I felt they were very late in scheduling the job. Overall, the paint job was okay. They seemed a bit rushed.

It went very well. William kept me informed and was always on time. He is very professional. He wasn't satisfied with the coverage of the paint so repainted it at no extra charge. They were neat and tidy and worked efficiently.

Everyone did a great job! All of the workers were very prompt, and communicated with us throughout the day on our multiple projects. They had quite a challenge in scraping off the texturing on our office ceiling, but the end result is great. Everyone was very professional and the quality of work was great!

The workers were on time every day. They worked quickly and quietly. They tried very hard to control the dust generated from their work from moving into other parts of our home. Every night when they left left our home livable, they moved furniture back so we could continue to live in our home. We were impressed by they way they put every thing moved back in its exact place. We were so pleased with the quality of the work.. They accomplished all the repairs perfectly. We felt they treated our home as if it were their home. The attention to detail and quality painting exceeded my expectations. William Jones is an excellent communicator. His staff are skilled and most pleasant to have in our home. We would recommend Jones Painting to everyone.

After William came to estimate the job he sent a very thorough package by mail of the detailed estimate, lists of what we could expect from his painters, and a copy of his proof of insurance. Excellent communication continued through the entire project. The painters, Jim and Jess, arrived promptly at the agreed upon time each day of the project (6 days) and did an excellent job. They maintained a clean working area and left our home clean each evening. They were very good about moving furniture, knick-knacks, wall hangings as needed to do the work and replace them when the work was completed. William checked in on 3 days out of the 6 days to ensure that everything was going as planned. We will definitely use Jones Painting again!

William came out and gave us a quote. He emailed and sent us the quote in a timely manner. Their quote was right around the other quotes that we got but I just had a good feeling about how they run a business based on how timely they both emailed and sent their quote. William came over again and we walked through what I wanted done with each room. The painters were in our house for about 6 weeks and became family almost, especially Randy! The job took a while, much longer than what it was estimated in the quote, but it didn't really matter in our case and it was worth the wait!
