They paid very close attention to detail and the company owner was on site checking progress most days. They worked with our timelines and had painters in on weekends to meet our deadline. They always left their work area clean and were very friendly.

William Jones and Company did an excellent job. They were on time, kept the site clean, and made sure I knew the schedule given weather constraints. The work was very professional. We added some inside caulking work, and they were prompt and cost-effective. Would recommend highly!

Jones Painting was very flexible, patient, professional, conscientious, and prompt. They were patient and flexible with some color changes we requested after they started. They maintained a clean and orderly work site and worked hard to be non-intrusive. They do a nice job of communicating in a professional and prompt manner.

We have used them several times. He and his crew were excellent. It took 3-4 workers seven full days to completed the extensive work. They are very professional, trustworthy and clean.

He was very good because he was knowledgeable and honest. He was very business like. I would not have anyone else paint for me and I know a lot of painters.

They were very punctual, usually 2 - 3 people arrived each day for about 6 - 7 days to complete the work. This amount of time had been quoted to us with the price. They were a little on the high side regarding price, but they had done 2 interior rooms and a ceiling for us last Dec. '07, and we were very pleased so we decided to use them again. We had a minor miscommunication about when we could close a couple of windows while the paint was drying, their error, but they corrected the paint finish promptly and took care of any little areas that my husband wanted to have touched up. Mr. William Jones was very courteous and professional from start to finish.

They came out within two days of returning my call. Gave me a fair estimate and started the work actually earlier than planned, and finished completely on schedule. The job was perfect right down to the big red stripe across the wall. Everyone that has seen the room is completely impressed by the job they did and would definitely use them in the future. I'm getting ready to call them to do another inside painting job for me!

It went really well. It is a locally owned business, William Jones is just the nicest guy. He really knows his painting and design. He helped us pick colors. They did the job and completed it as they said they would.

They did the job as described for what we considered a very good price. When some of the stain didn't take as well as we wanted they actually came back out and redid it without additional cost. As well, they were amazingly punctual. We had some days of rain that kept them from finishing the job, and we actually received 2 phone calls apologizing for the weather. They were out again as soon as the rain cleared to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The painters were prompt each day, reviewed the job each morning and refinished ahead of scheduled.

They were excellent! Very professional! His paperwork was the most thorough I have ever seen! He had ever little thing they were going to do written out.

William Jones was very professional to work with. When I had a concern he came back to fix my concern.

We have an older home so we've used different companies over the years and William (Jones) was probably the best person we've worked with on anything. He did extremely good work, was very courteous & was here the minute he said he would be. His crew was great, they were extremely tidy, which I appreciated and they were pleasant. The work was also done at a good price. I would use them again.

Excellent, neat, punctual, good quality work. Mr. Jones was very professional from the initial estimate to the overseeing the work and assuring we were satisfied. The 2 painters who did the actual work work skillful and neat.

They were very good. William is very accessible and good about making sure everything is going smoothly.

On time, tidy, responded to phone calls. Costly, but preparation was extensive as 65 year old house. Some bubbling and pealing occurred 10 months later. It was scraped and primed the next day. Final coat of paint took several months.

Very good results for 2 large jobs for my house. The jobs were difficult projects for me, and they were well taken care of.

They are very good and do a nice job. They were a bit on the pricey side but you do get what you pay for.

They were quiet, no loud radio. Quick, efficient, and accurate. They did a few extra touch ups. Just tell them what you need.

The crew were very professional, covering everything to ensure no other furniture was damaged during painting. They were punctual, cleaned up after themselves each day and were extremely polite and professional. We did a walk through at the end of the job, with William Jones, he found one area he was not happy with and had an additional coat put on that area to his satisfaction. This was by far a very pleasant experience for my wife and I, we were very pleased during the entire project. I strongly recommend William Jones painting.

I have never had better people to work. The quality of their work was excellent. They are always there when they said they would be. They were very respectful. They are very tidy. They made good list. They did everything we asked them to do. Their painting was very neat and precise. There was no mess with them.

They were very neat, professional and get to work early in the morning.

OUR HOME HADN'T BEEN PAINTED FOR OVER 15 YEARS. JONES PAINTING SPENT 2 WEEKS COMPLETING THE JOB, SCRAPING CAREFULLY, CAULKING, COORDINATING CARPENTRY HELP, ARRANGING FOR CUSTOM PAINT MIXING ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS TO SHOW OWNER. PROPOSAL WAS CAREFULLY THOUGHT OUT AND EXTREMELY DETAILED. THE OUTCOME WAS GREAT. HOWEVER, I FELT LIKE THE COMPANY WAS RUNNING ON A VERY THIN MARGIN, AS WE WERE ASKED FOR SEVERAL INTERIM PAYMENTS WITH VERY SHORT NOTICE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION, BUT HIS ASKING US TO ''HELP HIM OUT'' MADE ME UNCOMFORTABLE. IN THE FUTURE I'D CLEARLY DEFINE THE PAYMENT EXPECTATIONS.

INITIALLY PUT 2 MEN ON THE JOB FOR HALF DAY TO EXPEDITE PRELIMINARY TAPING AND SPACKLING. OVER THE NEXT 3 DAYS HAD ONE MAN WHICH ASSURED CONSISTENT FINISH OF ALL SURFACES WORKING 6 HOURS A DAY. THIS WORKER WAS A LONG TERM EMPLOYEE WHO WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT HIS TASK. ARRIVED ON SCHEDULED TIMES AND WAS FLEXIBLE WITH THE SCHEDULE OF OUR HOUSE EACH DAY. WILLIAM WOULD COME BY EACH DAY AND CHECK PROGRESS BOTH FROM THE WORKERS AND OUR PERSPECTIVE. CLEANLINESS ON THE FINAL SANDING DAY WAS IMPORTANT. ALL DOORWAYS FROM THE AREA TO THE REST OF THE HOUSE & MAJOR ADJACENT FURNITURE ITEMS WERE SEALED OR COVERED WITH PLASTIC. DESPITE THIS SOME DUST STILL INFILTRATE. THEY DID CLEAN UP THE WORK AREA AT THE END OF EACH DAY. I RECOMMENDED THAT IN THE FUTURE FOR FURTHER CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THAT THEY USE A SANDING MACHINE RATHER THAN HAND SANDING WHICH HAS A MORE EFFECTIVE VACUUMING SYSTEM. JONES IS NOT THE CHEAPEST BUT I WOULD SAY THE QUALITY & RELIABILITY MAKE THEM WELL WORTH THE EXTRA.

WORK WAS DELAYED BY WEATHER. MR. JONES STAYED IN TOUCH WITH US AND LET US KNOW WHEN THE WORK WOULD BEGIN. THE PAINTERS TOOK CARE NOT TO DAMAGE SOME SENSITIVE PLANTINGS, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT THE LOWEST PRICE, BUT THEY DO VERY GOOD WORK.
