JONES PAINTING

Job well well and on time. The qualitry of the work was very good. Unfortunately the roof still leaks and now I need to have Angie's list give me a roofer recomendation. Guess I should have done that first.

Our house had settled and the taping around the ceiling had come loose above the stairs and in our loft. Also, our upstairs toilet leaked and had stained a spot in the kitchen ceiling. I also wanted to re-paint a bedroom, and where we had replaced some baseboard. Mr. Jones came out to give us an estimate. He was very professional, explained what needed to be done and pointed out some leaking around our skylight. He sent us an estimate and we scheduled the work. He came to our house on time, did a beautiful job on the painting (and I am fussy!), and then cleaned up everything. The rooms looked better than new. He was very professional and I would have him back anytime I needed any painting done. I have recommended him to several friends and an interior designer.

They were very conscientious, and the work went quite well. When the paint did not actually match up, they came back and redid it until it was right. I thought that the price was very good for the work they did. Their quality of work was very good and they were always there on time. We were very satisfied with their work. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

He arrived on time explained what he would do. He e-mailed the estimate along with references in the area and a copy of insurance and what was expected from his crew. He however did the job. He further mailed a copy of the extimate and followed up by phone. Weather was a factor in the final scheduling and he did everything to fit with my schedule.

Very good experience with Mr Jones and his company. Began the job in the timeframe estimated. He called the morning of job start. Only suggestion is that it would have been better to give 24 hours notice to start job in order to move furniture to be prepared for painters. The crew was very proessional, timely and friendly. Great prices and worked quickly and completed job in two days. Very pleased with quality of work.

The experience went well. They started, finished, and did very well. They cleaned up afterwards. They were here when they said they would be. They worked all day.

They completed the project on time and as quoted.

The owner William, Jones , came to do the work. He was on time, very neat, clean and professional. The work was completed with high quality. Highly recommend for out outdoor and indoor work.

Mr. Jones contacted me to set up a time to come look at the house so he could provide us with an estimate for exterior painting. Within a day or so he emailed the estimate along with mailing a hard copy and a sheet about what to expect when they paint. He also followed up with a phone call to answer any questions, etc. In the process of collecting other estimates, we learned about a higher quality paint and contacted Mr. Jones about the cost to upgrade. Within a day he revised his bid to show the upgrade cost and again mailed a hard copy to us. Then a few weeks went by and Mr. Jones emailed to see where we were in our decision process. I explained to Mr. Jones that based on customer service, thoroughness/follow-up and professionalism alone, I would have hired him to do the painting work. He stood out like a shining star. However, his estimate was the highest and although we didn't go with the least expensive bid, my husband said he wasn't willing to pay the extra amount of money for customer service alone (we made sure we were comparing apples to apples). I know Mr. Jones would have stayed on top of the job and made sure we were happy with the work had we hired him.

The work was performed exactly as promised from start to finish.

William Jones brought paint samples and put them on the wall ahead of time to assure the color was correct. William and his painters did an excellent job. I plan to have them return in the future.

Mr. Jones did an excellent job of scoping and estimating the cost of the work. He communicated professionally and in a timely manner. The final bill was exactly the cost of the estimate as was the schedule Mr. Jones gave us. All of the painters cleaned up their areas completely when they finished. All of the work looked excellent when completed. Mr. Jones exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend him!

Mr. Jones gave a thorough and accurate estimate both of cost and schedule. All work was completed on time. The painting looked perfect when complete. Mr. Jones cleaned up both work areas quickly and neatly. I will continue to consider him for any painting work I need done. I highly recommend him!

This is our second time working with Jones Painting and they did another wonderful job, with both jobs. William and his crew were punctual, professional, clean, communicative and most importantly did a wonderful job painting. Jones Painting is a pleasure to work with.

Exceeded expectations on his professionalism through complete job. Clear, concise & accurate estimate easily allowed us to choose DIY portion to save money. Good advise for DIY. Returned 5 months later to touch up some areas that had flaked off, very gracious & professional - no charge.

It went very well. I called William on Monday, he was at the house first thing Wednesday afternoon, and the painting was finished by noon. The ceilings looked great and he had cleaned up everything so the rooms were spotless.

The only reason we rated Jones Painting with an "A" rating is because that is as high as the scale goes. We had put off painting for a couple of years, but someone highly recommended Jones Painting. Mr. Jones came promptly when called for an estimate, he came out twice to help us choose color and apply a sample to the wall so we could make sure the color was what we expected. Mr. Jones is excellent at helping you choose color and knows what works well with your home. He even helped us pick out tile for the bathroom! He cleaned the work area at the end of each day and never left our home in a mess (he even worked around our 4 cats!). Mr. Jones is prompt, courteous, professional, and has a great attention for detail. We now feel like we live in a new home!

They did an excellent job and were timely and professional. They showed good attention to detail and came back to pick-up and finish a window grid that was not available for them to paint while they were on site.

It went very well. William is always prompt, neat, fast, and does an excellent job painting. He's very easy to work with. He got all of the work done in 2 days, which was really fast.

Mr. Jones was very thorough and was at my house to work on the estimate the day after I contacted him.

William and his assistant did an outstanding job of protecting the surrounding work area, prepping the cabinet doors, matching the glaze tint and grain to adjacent wood, applying the urethane sealer, and then cleaning up afterwards. The end result is simply stunning compared to the look prior to the work being performed.

William Jones was on time, very professional, neat, detailed in his work and took pride in the results. I trust his judgment and recommendations of what is necessary or not. I will be using him again this summer on another project.

EXCELLENT! William made a site visit to see what work was needed, provided us with a very thorough estimate, put us on the schedule immediately and did the work just as promised. I don't think I have ever been as impressed with someone as I was with William. He was everything you would want in a person who works for you: professional, prompt, very affordable, great to work with, neat, great workmanship. We would hire him again without question!

They did a fantastic job! Their attention to detail was amazing. I also found them to be helpful in choosing colors for future painting. Everything was perfectly clean & all furniture was moved back in place! Already am making plan for them to do another job.

William was very responsive and extremely professional. His estimate was very competitive, and I would absolutely call him again for a future job. He also went an extra step by providing sample boards for decorative painting ideas for our powder room, which I really appreciated. I ended up going with another painter due to timing. I really needed to have the job completed before a certain date and William was booked up at that time. He was going to fit me in within a week, but I needed a faster turn around time. As I said, I would call him again for an estimate for any future painting work.
