Description of Work: Jones personnel power washed all painted surfaces plus the "used" brick. They used a bleach/detergent mix on gutters. After a day of drying they returned and over the next few days applied separate primers to the brick and clapboard siding, and then two coats of topcoat. They are careful meticulous workers. We are well satisfied.

Description of Work: We have used Jones painting multiple times both for interior and exterior painting. We are getting ready for a remodeling project and we intend to use them again. Not the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for with Jones. The exterior work they have done for us has stood the test of time very well.

Description of Work: Jones Painting was recommended by my mother-in-law and Angie's List. William Jones came to our residence, estimated a value for painting the interior of our garage and the trim for the exterior of our house. Not only did his crew complete the services on time, they power-washed our exterior (HardyPlank). We were so enthusiastic, we then had him estimate interior painting for our kitchen and repair of a closet. Al in all, their work was exceptional, crew was friendly and we would recommend Jones Painting for any paint job available.

Description of Work: WE HIRED JONES PAINTING TO PAINT THE EXTERIOR OF OUR HOME. WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE LACK OF PROPER SCRAPING AND SANDING THE CREW PERFORMED BEFORE STARTING TO PRIME THE HOUSE. THE CREW BEGAN PRIMING WHILE WE WERE OUT OF TOWN, AND UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THE HOUSE WOULD ONLY BE SCRAPED AND SANDED DURING OUR ABSENCE. CREW ALSO USED THE WRONG COLOR PRIMER - SEEMED TO BE A LACK OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE FOREMAN AND THE CREW FOR OUR HOUSE. WE ASKED THE CREW TO STOP THEIR WORK, AND HAVE SINCE DECIDED NOT TO USE JONES PAINTING. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, WILLIAM JONES, WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND PROFESSIONAL ABOUT THE SITUATION. WITHIN A WEEK, HE GAVE US A FULL RETURN OF OUR DEPOSIT FOR THE JOB.
