 + 0 moreAs always, Ms. Estrada continues to exceed my highest expectations, she is a true professional and a sweet and dignified woman. I have not submitted a report in the past because I did not want any competition! I was afraid I might lose her to somebody richer and better organized! I understand she is losing four of her best clients that are being transferred by Lilly, thus as a single parent I am sure she could use some replacement clients! I do hope others find her as wonderful as I do.
Description of Work: Ms. Estrada has been cleaning my home, doing laundry, running errands, and general organization for more than one year. She does an amazing job cleaning my home from top to bottom...always noticing when some things need more attention than others. I have never had help that actually could assess the general condition of my home and do a different cleaning every time she comes based on how the house has been dirtied. She will make sure my dry cleaning is dropped off and picked up. She takes the animals to the vet and ensures they have food. She has helped with cooking for parties and clean up, driven me to the airport, and baby sat my girlfriends kids at the last second when another sitter failed to show up. MS. ESTRADA IS THE MOST COMPETENT AND SWEETEST PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD WORKING ON OR AT MY HOME...I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HER TO ANYBODY WHO DESIRES THE BEST SERVICE WITH A POSITIVE AND SWEET DEMEANOR. Ms. Estrada also helps my office manager and she is equally as impressed!
