They are really great. When you go for an appointment, you're seen promptly.

They are great. The services were great and my wife has only one problem attended by one person and that was it. Customer service was maybe a little bit of not good.

We've went in many times but we weren't admitted. We've been going there for about 10 years now. They are knowledgeable and very caring.

It went wonderful. They usually have lifts for what I want and what I am interested in. They can supply me with lifts. I can come and go as I please. I have always been pleased. It's almost like they have been educated a little bit above other educators. Even the doctors in their hospitals seem to be more educated and more tuned to the public. The office is wonderful. They are very good on punctuality. The staff is very pleasant and usually very actively engaged; not only with the people that come in there but also with the people they work with. Their bedside manner is very, very good. Their communication is no 1. Before I came here I would have to ask specific questions to get answers that I needed. Here they would come up and ask if there were any questions I had or anything else that I had to discuss. They are just awesome. I am talking about all of their offices. Another thing that they do is they send questionnaires out to the home after I have been to someone that is affiliated with them. They ask if I am happy with what happened. The effectiveness of treatment is very good. They are very cooperative. I would always hear something if I have providers health long before I get a bill. Their billing is very good.

The experience was outstanding. I have had several procedure done there, and my main doctor is there, and they are all extremely concerned with what is on your mind. They are very helpful, and everything has turned out very well.

They did a good job. They were efficient. They were trained, knowledgeable and helpful.

I'm not having any problems with them. I'm very happy with them. I see them whenever they say to see them unless there's something that happens or if they order bloodwork. They're treating me fine. If I have to go there and see the doctor, you wouldn't wait more than 20 minutes or so at the most. The office environment is as good as everybody's. They're as good as you're going to get. They're the best. The staff would be more efficient than anything else. I never see them go out of their way to be super nice but if I go see the doctor, they will take your blood pressure and asks you how you're feeling. They're business-like. They take care of my Medicare.

The experience went very well. They were very professional and explained things to me. They talked with me all the time and did not leave me wondering what's going to happen. Then they put me to sleep during the procedure. Before I decided to use their services, I checked their ratings and it was good. My insurance covered part of the expenses.

They are really good. I mean their reputation and all that stuff i.e. for our daughter who was in it even a year old. She had hernia. I don’t know just everything about what they do I mean it just good about the operation and all the signs was just good experience all the way around. Definitely recommend them.

I am satisfied with them. My son has been going there for a couple of months. He had a cyst removed, and had new dentures put in, and they used a procedure, and the dentures are really nice. He doesn't have a problem with dentures slipping,and they did a wonderful job. My son does not go to doctors, or dentists, but he went there, and he got the work done. I am happy with the way his teeth look. They do a good job. They have a wonderful office environment. The wait time is normal. I think they communicated very well with him, because he would come and relay to me what he said.

I've been going here for a long time. They've done check- ups and other kinds of work. They have always done good work. I have always gone here .

They are really good and the staff is really respectful. I have not had long waits. The office is very pleasant and it is clean. The most that I have had to wait is 20 minutes. I have not had issues with the staff. It is close and it is a one stop service. Because it is a teaching hospital, I see different doctors. My physician will sit down with me. I tell my doctor what I want and he will listen to me. they still need to improve their billing system. I will continue to use them.

They are always very good. The doctor is always very attentive. I got her in the same day. She didn't have to wait very long. We've never had any issues with the billing.

It was a good experience. It's very clean, very organize, and all of the nurses, doctors and administrator staff are all helpful, very understanding and pretty much anything that we really needed. They were great and we have nothing but outstanding words to say. We'll really go back in a heartbeat.

I have since had some changeover to the community hospital and now use the doctors there because it's more convenient for me and they can manage the type of illness that I have better than IU Health could. I don't think anyone would benefit from going there. I was there originally for a disease that I got from the bacteria what I tried to do some plumbing work on my own. In the first few weeks of my illness I was taken to IU Health and it was just about the time when they had gotten rid of 800 or 900 people and I wasn't cared for and was given no diagnosis. Then after 6 days my kids got me out of there. I had been going there for 25 years previously. I am now getting excellent care at the Community Hospital. I think the problem was that they had lost so many people and then the new people they brought in had no proper training. I think it was just a sad situation at that time. I hated to leave it but I couldn't live my life with no care and no concern. I think it's an excellent place most of the time but I just had an illness that is not very common and they didn't really do anything about it. When you lay in a bed with no care and you can't take care of yourself you're lose you don't know what to do. My family had always used IU Health, when my daughter had cancer they were excellent. I don't think that my family care doctors even knew I was at the hospital. I think it was a lack of communication. It was not a happy time for me. I think I just happened to be ill at a time when they were changing a lot of things. They are normally a really good hospital. Doctors are fine, the staff are not and the facility is a little behind the times.

They can only treat me for one thing at a time; if I want another problem seen like a cough or something, I would have to make another appointment for that because of the time frames they have. Otherwise, their office people are nice. I have been with them for probably thirty to thirty five years now. As far their billing goes, they are really screwy. You go to a doctor's office and lot of times, the doctor may not submit it correctly, so he submits the bill incorrectly to IU Health and when you go to correct it, IU Health turns around and says that I will need to call the doctor to take care of that. I don't think that is right because that is their job, I have given them the information and it is then their job to straighten it out with the doctor, not mine. They know what the problem is, their doctor didn't file it right so why do I have to call the doctor and ask him to re-file it, when all they have to do is send a fax. So, they are not willing to help you out.

When as planned and as expected. Very professional and smooth operation.

It took about six weeks to get in to see Dr Wu, which was a little more time than I had hoped, but really well within the acceptable time frame of obtaining an appointment with a specialist. My appointment went well. Dr Wu took the time to review all of the medical records and x-ray narratives sent to him, gave me a thorough exam, asked appropriate questions, and let my husband and I asked all questions we had. Dr Wu then ordered labs and a nuclear bone scan, and I just got a call today stating I do *not* have Rheumatoid/Inflammatory Arthritis, and I do not have Sjogrens Disorder! His assistant then stated that my family doctor can take over the care of my Fibromylagia. Good news! I definitely like Dr Wu, and if the need ever arises, I will consult with him again. I *highly* recommend him to anyone needing a rheumatolgoist!!! [Trust me, it was well worth the drive from Anderson!]

It was fine. They did a fine job and there's nothing I could complain. I was pleased with them.

Everything went very well from the registration, presurgery preparation, surgery and hospital stay and release. The doctors were all very professional and were highly skilled and knowledgeable. I have been very happy with all of my doctors at IU North, including my surgeon and primary provider. The nursing staff were all very courteous and attentive to my needs, as well as the housekeeping staff, food service staff and nutritionist and respiratory therapy department.

I have sleep apnea (OSA) and started my treatment at IU Health Sleep Disorders Center (Senate St location, Indianapolis). I was referred to this center by my IU Health doctor. After a sleep study, this center immediately started me on a CPAP machine (even though I was not able to first meet with a sleep doctor). After 2-3 months, i was finally able to meet with a doctor (Karl Yang) who had very little to tell me about my sleep study, despite my questions. I found his demeanor belittling and his expertise underwhelming. The home health care and quot;branchand quot; that is found within the IU Sleep Center (Senate Street) is where I have been getting my CPAP supplies. This experience has been most frustrating. When I call their office, I rarely am able to speak with anyone. I usually have to leave a message (even during their office hours). When I do leave a message, there is a pretty good chance that no one will return my call. Once, I actually spoke with a woman to order more supplies and was promised their delivery. After waiting a few weeks and not receiving them, I called again. No one could find a record of my order. Just a couple weeks ago, I placed another order for CPAP supplies and was sent incorrect items. I've had enough with the incompetence and lack of service from this office. I strongly suggest that other patients exercise their freedom and find other CPAP suppliers,

It is like five minutes close to my house. The delivery was timely. My doctor was really nice.

This matter has been bothering me for the last week. I question if writing a bad personal review is unchristian of me, but it offends me that I can be thought of being a liar, and then be treated as one. I would hope that Md. Bremer will respond to this review on Angies List and point out the fallacies or unfairness of my review. I will not reply.

They do very well, nurse Sue on the 5th floor was exceptionally good and I will continue to go there.

They’re convenient and available. I don’t have a doctor there. The office and staff is very professional. You get checked in really quick. It depends on what day and time you’re there. They can get you in there and you don’t really have to wait more than an hour.
