Everything went great except, the birth certificate was wrong, as it showed my son as being a girl and the date was wrong. The nursing staff and the maternity ward were excellent. They are truly patient centered. The doctors just made their rounds. Their bedside manner and communication skills weren't as good as the nurses. The staff was brilliant, but, the administration left a bad taste in our mouths with the birth certificate. We still have to get that straightened out. I give the nurses and staff the highest ratings, as for the doctors and administration, it is not so good. We would go back in the future, though.

Their work was professional. I agree with everything they said. They took a good history. My first impression was very good. I got in right away and didn't have any problems.

I'm really happy with them. I will continue to use him.

Of all the hospitals my wife has been in, she thought IU West was the best. She thought the food was great, and the nurses were friendly and helpful. She had a very good experience there. I would highly rate this hospital, and use them again if need be.

Bridget is an excellent surgeon. My husband is often her anethesiologist & he ranks her #1 in blood loss, surgery effiency & her attention to detail. Bridget performed a laproscopy on me & also performed an in-office minor surgery. Both experiences were wonderful. Bridget is a Christian, and brings her faith into the office. She has prayed with (and for) me & she is so loving & caring. I will be very sad when she moves to Africa to do her mission work.

The supplies were unbelievably expensive. They were not the pleasant of people to deal with.

I was misdiagnosed by a doctor in my town and finally went to Indianapolis. This doctor listened to exactly what I had to say. He was very competent, patient, and talked about the diagnosis. He put me on pills and they work quite well. I have nothing but good things to say about him.

They are very professional, and prompt. I am happy with their services that they provide.

.I have no problems with anything. The office is great and the staff is great. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything and answers any questions I have. It is difficult to get an appointment quickly unless you have an emergency.

Dr. Omkar N. Markand is a neurologist that is treating me for a disorder, he is efficient and thorough they are great people when it comes to the medication, they have me under control for the past two years. He makes himself available to me, answers all my questions and I’m treated with respect. The staff is friendly and efficient I will continue to go to him and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

.He is very well informed about fibromyalgia. He has done a lot of research on the condition. He covers everything and makes sure you understand and know everything about your condition to help you know the best way to deal with fibromyalgia.

He is an excellent doctor, who spends time making sure you are comfortable.

The experience was wonderful and the doctors are excellent. She has been taking him since he was a baby and was suffering with polyps and breathing problems. I accompanied my daughter this time to have her sons legs checked. They are absolutely amazing with children and we will continue to use them in the future.

This doctor is great. I take my granddaughter here every since months for a thyroid checkup. The office staff is excellent.

We saw Dr. Fritsch to test my husband's hearing. There was nothing at all to dislike about the visit. He was prompt, professional and courteous. I think that he is very qualified and would recommend him. We will be going back to him if we need any other treatment.

I am overall satisfied with IU Health North Hospital. It is like a five star hotel. Every floor has a receptionist. Security is great. Everyone is friendly. It felt almost like a home as I was back and forth to the NICU for two months.

I have been seeing him for a surgery. They whole experience is an A. The cost has been good and the healing process has been easier. I recommend him and have already recommended to a friend. I will continue to use his services in the future.

My mother passed away last week. She did an extraordinary job with my mom and keeping her family involved. She made us comfortable and made adjustments through her stages of cancer. The office staff became like family to my mom. It is a hot spot and the punctuality was good. I took her so many times to the doctor. My mom was treated and she was cured of her lung cancer. Then 2 years later some came back and my mom decided not to do any additional treatment. It was her decision and the staff made sure she understood all the factors involved with that decision. They made arrangements to treat all symptoms that arose which didn’t arrive 9 months after that. 10 weeks later she passed. My mom was cured but my mom continued to use the risk factors and that is why it came back. The treatment was effective. We didn’t have any issues and any problems that we had was dealt with promptly.

Dr. Jones and my surgeon saved my life. Because of early detection, aggressive treatment, and his clearly explaining to me what my options were and continue to be today, I am completely cancer free. I would recommend ANYONE who is diagnosed with cancer to see Dr. Jones prior to making decisions about treatment. I owe him and my surgeon my life.

Overall I would never use this doctor again, even if he were covered by my insurance due to his apparently exhorbinanly high rates compared to the average for my area. I do not mind paying even twice the average because I know that some doctors have higher overhead costs than others, but I refuse to believe that 7 times the average is a justified cost.

I will be going back to him for a follow-up. He is competent. I had a little trouble getting back on him. I have seen him in the emergency room, and inpatient at the hospital, when I went in get an appointment. He is a very busy man. He is available, not always when I exactly wanted. His bedside manner is excellent.

I am very pleased with him. I had a surgery on my face for melanoma and you cannot even tell whether there is any scar left and it was successful and was taken care of. I was definitely pleased. I had no problem with appointment and I got in right a way. The office is fine. I didn’t have to wait for anything and the staff is excellent.

She is a very good neurologist. I have gone to her a long time and she is very patient focused and has a good bedside manner. If I have a problem, she is always accessible for me.

He has been practicing for 46 years, so he knows what he is doing, but I did not like him. He had a horrible bedside manner. I guess he needs to retire. I would not use him in the future; in fact, I canceled my followup appointment with him.

MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE! He never showed up! This resulted in his medications never being given, in particular his coumadin for blood clots. He spent 7 hours lying on a hard stretcher in the ER within the first 4 days. After notifying the doctor and demanding that he come see my husband the next day, it was 4 days later before he ever stepped foot in the facility to make rounds. Then I discovered that he is also the Medical Director for this nursing home! So as well as a private practice at IU Health on Greenbush, he is responsible for the overall medical care of a nursing home - the medical staff, etc. HMMMMM when I put it all together I thought that he didn't really give much value to my husbands life...maybe he just takes home easy money and doesn't really have any business holding this responsibility-- gotta pay those medical school loans!
