Our experience with them was terrible. It was an outpatient surgery, and they told us to be there at 6.00 in the morning. We got there at 5:30 and we had not been checked in by 9 o'clock. Once we got in the branch, everything was great.

The service was excellent. The staff was very helpful and made sure I was very comfortable. Their availability, communication, and treatment was great. I would use them again in the future.

They took care of it for us. They are the best children's hospital basically in the area; definitely in the state and I believe in multiple states around Indiana. All the people were excellent. We would use them again.

They are able to handle the whole family. We prefer this hospital because we get good service.

The night staff woke me up to take my blood pressure and other stats. I was under a heavy sedation, and when they woke me up I was violently shaking. The two women spoke in a dialect that I couldn't understand. When I wasn't responding to them, they pulled me out of bed, but I didn't understand what they wanted me to do. You could not understand them. One of them put her hand on my chest and pushed me back in bed, which made my back pain come back. I was very angry about that. They then threw the blankets back on the bed. After that, I was awake the rest of the night. When the doctor came in, I told her about it. I will never forgive them for that incident. The hospital was good, and I would give them an A for that.

He is a very good doctor because he listens well and knows his stuff.

They found out that the thyroid medicine that she was using was switched from regular to generic brand and it threw her off. He gave her some tips on some other things that were bothering her. He spent a lot of time with her and didn't make her feel like a hypochondriac. We would definitely use him again.

It was great and they did a good job.

He is excellent. He is professional with an excellent bedside manner. He knows his profession. He doesn’t keep us waiting and he is very efficient. His whole office is very efficient. He just knows what he is doing. He is very good in his field.

I think she's a very smart, young doctor. I think she's very interested in my health. She and I differ a little bit on medicine but I listen to her and find out all I can and then make my own mind up.

They are exceptional. They are very good. I would definitely recommend them. I only had one issue when I took my mother up there and it was probably my fault.

He has been a part of my life since I was a baby. He really cares about his patients and our well being. He is the nicest guy and you can talk to him about anything. I used to see him 4 to 5 times year, but as a got older I know only see him once a year, as my condition is under control. He really did help save my life and I appreciate everything he has done for me!

I haven't switched doctors yet but am thinking I might. I am frustrated that he always reads my past history while asking about my current experience, and rarely remembers much from one appointment to the next. I think he knows his stuff, but he doesn't really think about the whole patient - he just wants us to take more medicine until the seizures go away, without much consideration about other impacts on other quality of life. He doesn't really entertain other avenues of treatment with any depth, like exercise or diet. As I said, it's not so bad that I've switched doctors yet but each visit I want to more and more.

The PICU staff was really good about educating and informing us of what was going on with our daughter on a day to day basis even if they had to explain it to us a couple of times. Everybody was polite, professional and friendly.

He has great bedside manner. He is great with kids. He solved the problem, which is totally of him. He is terrible in terms of availability. He is a busy guy. There are not many people like him. I am sure he is really good and there are only a couple in town. There is no problem in terms of billing and administration. If I need to, I would continue to use him in the future.

My mother was there once. It’s a very nice, pretty and new hospital, but I was not at all happy when she was in there. My mother was elderly and did not feel the attention and level of care was there. She had double mastectomy, and there were things that went wrong, and I also don’t think the follow up was adequate. She ended up with sedef infection, and it was serious. I know things like these can happen, but I do place some of the blame on the hospital. I can’t comment of the billing, as the bills went to my mother. I only know other things as I was trying to take care of things while she was there, and I didn’t take care of the billing. I would not use them again in the future.

There are good doctors there and it's close to home. We've been going there for about 5 years.

It was excellent. The nurses were fabulous.

I like everything about it, not that I want to go back to the hospital! Nevertheless, it was a good experience. The doctor was wonderful. They have hospital doctors there. My doctor there wasn’t my private physician, but a doctor that was just for the hospital. That doctor was wonderful, and the facility was really nice. They were really responsive. The office environment is very good, as is the doctors’ bedside manner. If I were sick and had to go to a hospital, I would go to IU North.

The hospital was great but the billing and administration was bad. The staff was great. They sent us a bill six months after service and it already said it was late.

IU Health West Hospital IU Health West Hospital, is awesome! I go there for all my test and blood work.

I would recommend them because it’s better than dying on the street. There is a very small hospital near their direction is 10 miles away and it’s run by the same people. It’s almost like a little emergency room other than the nearest hospital is over 40 miles away and any of the doctors don’t practice in these hospitals. It’s not a consideration for anybody around here but it’s a pretty decent hospital really.

They are very efficient. They are compassionate, which shocked me because most urgent care facilities aren't. They did the job well.
