Dr. Star is not my regular dr. but he was on-call for the practice the weekend my baby was born. I have to say he was the right dr. at the right time. Given his decades of experience, he was exactly the dr. needed as my labor became very difficult and high-risk. I think any other dr. might have given up during all the complications and simply said it was time for a c-section, but Dr. Star was diligent and patient in exhausting all options to deliver my baby safely without a c-section (which was my preference). My very severe pre-eclampsia made it all very difficult and I had to deliver 4 weeks early. Nearly every single part of my birth plan was thrown out the window given the circumstances, but with Dr. Star's skills, it all ended well.

Dr. Priddy always took the time to carefully listen to all of my concerns and answer all of my questions. She never seemed rushed in my appts. and always listened as if she had no other patients to tend to that day. She always provided very thorough and helpful answers to someone who had a lot of questions and nervousness during my first pregnancy.

The whole experience was scary for everyone involved. My daughter is 2 and we were not sure what was wrong but all the doctors and nurses were very efficient . They made sure they did every test to get to the bottom of why she was lethargic and unresponsive. She was admitted to the peds unit and the great care continued up there for her and my wife.

They are prompt! Parking at Methodist Hospital's parking garage is free if you are there thirty minutes or less, and about half the time I don't even have to pay for parking because I'm already on my way.

Got to Er and they checked vitals got us in a room. Did xrays and we waited for a little bit for the doc. He came and fixed the arm so that it wouldn't hurt as bad because he wasn't able to set it but had us see another doc in a couple of days. We were there a couple of hours waiting for xrays and the doc and then to dismiss us.

My neice was in a bad accident she broke her leg and had to go through rehabilitaion. The best indicator of the friendlyness of the staff is through the judgment of the 7 year-old who spend alot of her time there. She enjoyed many of her nurses and built confidence in them during her difficult time there.

Overall, it went great. I was nervous and both him and his staff were wonderful with keeping me calm and relaxed both before, during and after the procedure.

Everything about my experience with this center was positive. They sent me all the information I needed about preparing for the surgery in writing so I didn't have to rely on my memory. I arrived an hour before the surgery, they saw me immediately, completed the paperwork and then escorted me to a patient room. I was treated respectfully with a friendly, upbeat staff. The surgery was later than anticipated because of a heavy surgical load but everyone, including the doctor, kept me informed. During the surgery, which was done with a local anesthetic, I was kept informed of what was going on and what to expect. After the surgery, I was again give written instructions for after-care. I received a phone call the next day to see how I was doing.

I could not be happier with the quality of care that my daughter received at Riley. She was admitted through the Emergency room, and was under the care of the ER, Orthopedics, and Infectious Disease physicians. Every worker, therapist, nurse, doctor that was part of her care did an amazing job--the care was excellent in every way. She developed a bone infection in her tibia, and became very ill. They treated the infection aggressively and checked on her very regularly (with great bedside manner), and after a week in the hospital, and 6 more weeks of home treatment, she recovered completely. Riley is a fantastic hospital and I highly recommend it!

My wife has been getting chemo treatments here at IUBMH Cancer Center since March 2012. All of the nurses & other staff members are just "EXCELLENT & CARING PEOPLE". They treat so good when I go every week to get my chemo treatment. They are the BEST PEOPLE in the world here at IUBMH Cancer Center. My wife still has more chemo treatments to go through then will go through radiation treatments.

Since I have been to IU Health on many occiasions and admitted for extended times I can honestly say from the people at the admissions desk on up through the hospital I have had nothing but good experiences through some rather difficult times. The staff at this hospital are very professional and they keep their patients happy treating them with kindness and respect. The hospital itself has gone through some needed renovations in the past few years and it is generally a pleasant environment. With only a few exceptions, the staff there is a very positive and friendly bunch who are professional and kind. The only downfall with IU Health that I see is their billing. Each time you are there for something you get a new account. If you have been there for different reasons several times you wind up paying multiple accounts at one time which can be difficult and confusing. The waiting room for the ER for non-emergency visits can be a bit long, but they do their best to keep it moving.

They are always efficient, friendly, and effective.

The ER staff were top notch! Everyone from the front desk people to registration, nurses and doctors were great! My doctor was Dr. Crittian (?). She was able to help quickly and send me on my way. Highly reccomend them!

I've never had care like I did here. No one came in my room without introducing themselves and telling me why they were there and before they left they asked me if I needed anything. It was exceptional. I still go there for blood work. The hospital was very clean. I won't go anywhere else.

Having a child is always an unknown event. We ended up deciding to be induced and checked into Clarian North the night before my daughter was delivered. We were there for a total of three days and it was a wonderful experience. I sometimes accidentally call the hospital the hotel, as it was so nice to stay there! The nurses were very accommodating and were always there when I needed them. As a first time mother, I also greatly appreciated the support of the lactation consultant who visited me several times throughout my stay. The entire hospital was clean, the food was quite good (again, very important to a new mother!) and the entire experience was very positive. This is my hospital of choice from now on!

he We have been taking our son to Dr. Lipp for ADHD since he was 5. He is now almost 12 years old. WE ABSOLUTELY adore him and his wonderful, caring and precious nurse Linda!! Would never have gotten through all these years with out their kind words of wisdom, helpful hints, and especially Linda's hugs! ♥ them forever!!! :)

He is wonderful. His staff is very nice. I have no complaints whatsoever about him.

Very thorough assessment of my condition.

He's fine but it was over Thanksgiving. My son had a breakthrough bleed. They redid some surgery for that. When we went back 3 weeks later for a follow up, he didn't know he had been back to the hospital. The only thing I didn't care for was that they didn't have a Monday morning meeting to follow up on patients. Other than that, he was fine.

I totally appreciated Clarian. They were supportive, and at the same time they were helpful getting you better so you could go home. They had the time to spend with you. They encouraged you to get up, and out of the bed because you had to go home. That's a good thing. They were right there with you, making sure you were OK. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious! I had treatments every 2 hours, and they were right on time. They made sure I did all the therapy I needed to have, and they were always there.

They took wonderful care of her. They treat you wonderful and have play areas. They allow the parents to be there all the time. They are really there for you. They do not get mad if you ask questions. They took my granddaughter right in and everything went fine.

They are open on Saturday mornings at seven. The staff is wonderful because it is difficult for someone to take blood from me, and they can always get it on the first try.

I got very good care. A young man took care of me and he did a fine job, I have no criticism of him. The care I got was just fine. They were very punctual.

I think that if you have a child with a disability then this is the best hospital to go to.
