Overall they have tried very hard to work with me. They have give me numbing cream and other measures to help with pain. He has been very considerate of my pain leaves.

She is very good. I think she deals with OBGYN for television and she even teaches at medical school. I would recommend her to anybody.

I only saw her a couple times. She was really good and thorough. She had very good bedside manners. Which is hard to find these days. She listened to what I had to say and checked some other moles just to make sure everything was OK. Dermatologists do take a long time to get into.

I didn’t like having surgery but the hospital was good. I went there because that’s where my doctor does his surgery.

I was in there with my daughter Saturday night. The doctors and nurses were so great. It was a very clean facility.

The overall experience is excellent. Our granddaughter is doing fine now. It has been three years since treatment, so she is doing well. They are always available, and our daughter can get in touch with the doctor or nurses at any time through e-mail, texting or whatever.

Actually I think from the experience I have had with Indiana University Neurology they're pretty fine. In this area he is the only neurologist I have seen and I tried to compare him to other neurologist I've seen in different states and he's pretty good. He was recommended to me by a neurologist that I dealt with for years in another state. My overall experience with Indiana University is actually quite good. Dr. Mattson is a very busy man and if I call and say that I'm having difficulties there are no problems getting me in fairly quickly. Getting an appointment for your next check-up may be a long period of time, but the response when there's an emergency is actually very good. If I need a prescription refilled I just simply give a call to the office and they will contact the supplier of the medication and take care of it with no problems at all. I do not have to have the prescription sent to me or mailed to me. It goes directly to the local pharmacy that I deal with or to the mail order services I use for maintenance medications and it's handled very quickly. Their office is nice and they are pretty punctual and they open at 8:00 in the morning. I like their staff and Dr. Mattson has a good bedside manner. I have dealt with this long enough that I do have a good background in what the problems are and what's to be expected, what is truly unusual, what medications are coming down the pike and whether they are appropriate for me, so we can talk pretty well about what needs to be done. I'm happy with the communication I'm getting and the treatment is very good and is appropriate.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hertz and the entire NICU staff during our son's month-long hospital stay. Our son was one of the healthier premature babies on the unit. He was brought to the unit by ambulance because of underdeveloped lungs and an inability to breastfeed. Almost 12 years later, he's grown into a smart young boy who's able to participate fully in academic and athletic endeavors. Dr. Hertz is a gentle man who clearly sets a professional tone and leads a team that meets high standards. We were in a position to observe care in the unit for medically complicated situations that went well beyond what our son experienced, and we were very impressed. One child had been born to an addicted mother. In another case, triplets born to a well-off family required constant monitoring and resuscitation. The same standard of care applied regardless of circumstance. We are beyond the point of having any more children, but we can say with confidence that a child under the care of Dr. Hertz is a well-cared-for child. We owe him a debt of gratitude.

They have good, knowledgeable caring physicians. Riley Hospital for Children has an outstanding reputation.

My husband was admitted to the hospital near death from blood loss due to a comedy of errors involving Dr. Selo. While in the hospital receiving blood so he would be able to get the needed surgery to remove a tumor from his bladder, Dr. Selo was nowhere to be found. I consequently asked Dr. Welch (who was in the hospital on his rounds and had been highly recommended by people we talked to ) if he would take over and be my husband's doctor. He graciously agreed and immediately took over my husband's care. One of the first things he did was order a saline flush of my husband's bladder, which got rid of most of the clots that his bladder was packed with at that point. After getting my husband back in some sort of shape to withstand the surgery, Dr. Welch did perform the surgery. He did a wonderful job, and my husband is fine now. However, Dr. Welch is closely monitoring his condition , since the tumor in his bladder was malignant. We have been SO happy with Dr. Welch. Not only do we feel he is an excellent doctor., he is a nice man and a very caring individual. He has been so helpful in explaining my husband's situation and what needs to be done for him, now and possibly in the future. We have complete faith in him. The nurses in his office are equally friendly and caring. I highly recommend him.

We had to wait for over an hour, because there were so many patients that evening, but the office staff, nurses, and the physician were worth the wait. My son recovered from the strep throat due to well prescribed medicine and good communication from the physician on how to treat it. Wonderful experience considering the circumstances.

He is an amazing doctor. He is caring and compationate and interested in really trying to help the patient. He is a pulmonologist and my son has no altered lung function at this point. He continues to help him and refers him to those that can help his specific needs. he always gives my son all the time he needs. He is a wonderful doctor.

The women's breast center for mammography at IU North Hospital is top-notch. I have had screening mammographies done at several places in the Indianapolis/Carmel area, but the care received here is exceptional. From the registrar to the techicians, everyone is kind, efficient and caring. The center is easy to find and the parking is plentiful and a short walk from the door. The staff is very concerned about your comfort and privacy from start to finish.

The care was very good and the people were very professional.

My daughter was diagnosed with croup and steroids had little/no effect on her, thus we had to go to Bloomington Hospital so she could stay in a croup tent overnight. She felt just awful and wasn't the easiest child to deal with, but the staff treated her very kindly, never showing any frustration at all. They made sure we were both comfortable, as comfortable as could be in a croup tent. They had a wide selection of toys and videos for the kids to choose from and even gave my daughter a new toy on her arrival. The only criticism I have is that they weren't very forthcoming with information; I had to ask specific questions to find out what I needed to know. That said, they handled all my questions in a very polite and professional manner. It was a good experience overall.

Front office staff and clinical assistants were pleasant. Dr. Bustion was very nice and well versed in treatment options, however lacked communication skills. Even though I work in the medical field, I would have very little idea what he was trying to communicate. After the visit I had questions regarding an MRI and papers needed for my insurance company and after calling the office several times, I received one phone call back days later.

He was great. Good bedside manner with my son and everything went well.

It was a very relaxed and painless procedure. Dr. Cupero was very thorough and addressed all my questions and concerns. It was a much better experience than ones that I have had with other physicians in the past.

Th staff was great! The physician was rude, impolite, and a dissapointment. The physician rushed me, and did not wish to answer any questions. The letter he sent my referring physician was very poor, to say the least. This appointment was a waste of time.

I waited in the lobby for approximately 2 hours before being seen. Then I waited in the room for a lengthy amount of time. Overall, I was at the promptcare for over three and a half hours. In general, the staff is friendly, knowledgable and caring. My only complaint is the wait time, in the lobby and in the observation rooms. That is probably the only down-side to going to an urgent care center as compared to anywhere else.

It went well for the most part, but I waited about ten to fifteen minutes longer in the waiting room than I thought. One of the nice things was they were able to draw blood in the same exam room as the physical, which normally at a different doctor's office I would have to go someplace else to get blood taken.

The doctor is refreshing. He is easy to talk to, he takes his time with you. He listens well and explains everything well. He doesn't dumb things down so much that you couldn't explain it to another provider if you had to. It feels like you're actually having a conversation. I was very happy with my experience with him. He has referred me for an EMG study and a follow up with that. He did a really good job of explaining the results. He is very good at establishing rapport.

I had a ganglion cyst that was causing me a lot of pain in my wrist, so I went to Dr. Mih to have it surgically removed. He examined me and ordered an MRI as this was the second cyst I had in the same wrist, and he wanted to ensure there weren't any more that just weren't visible (he removed the first cyst about a year before this one). After he reviewed the MRI with me we scheduled a surgery date at the surgery center near St. Vincent Hospital. Everything went very smoothly on the date of the surgery. His staff are very nice and he was very informative about everything that was going to happen in terms of anesthesia, the procedure itself, and recovery instructions. At the follow up appointment a couple weeks later he arranged for me to meet with an occupational therapist right after I met with him who reviewed exercises to do to gain back muscle strength in my wrist and hand (this was voluntary, he asked if I would like to meet with her). I believe he was very thorough in his assessment and treatment, and I appreciated the extra step of having an OT available to meet with you after you have your follow-up with him, instead of having to schedule an appointment with an OT at a separate time.

Test results after my annual exam came back abnormal. I received a call immediately after the initial exam to schedule a followup. The nurse was calming and professional. I had to reschedule the followup, but they got me in shortly after that. Dr. Weber did the exam quickly, but took the time to discuss the reasons for the followup and indicated it was just precautionary. The results came back negative, as he assured me they most likely would. I like how Dr. Weber does not seem rushed during appointments, takes the time to explain things thoroughly and answers any questions completely. I will continue to use him as my doctor, as I have confidence in his expertise and appreciate his professionalism.

Overall this hospital gets an A+++++ for every interaction I have had with them. The pharmacy staff was wonderful and helpful. Radiology made our experiences having the ultrasounds for our two children a very memorable experience. The diabetes clinic was SUPER!! I probably would rave about them the most. The support and motivation I received from them while experiencing gestational diabetes with my second pregnancy was amazing. They helped calm my fears, were available for every random question I had, and even took time to follow up with me if they hadn't heard from me in a week.
