 + -1 moreSteve Smith the proprietor of Innovative Network Solutions came to our place of business and then our home to discuss computer support for both locations. He sent a technician to our business to evaluate our system, and sent us a bill for $287.50 which we paid on November 11, 2010. When we paid the bill I contacted him and told him I was happy to do so, but expected a report as to what they found which he said he would provide. I never received a report, and we have called his office a several times since. We are always promised a return call, which we have never received.
