I was very pleased with all of the work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I believe they went over and above my expectations. The mower looks good as new and I believe when it's finally time to mow, my lawn will look fabulous. I'm pretty sure my blade was extremely dull. Can't wait to see how perfect my lawn will look come spring.

Daniel was awesome, very prompt. He did an amazing job of explain what he was doing and why. He also took time to show me how to do things in case I need/want to do it myself.

Work performed even in extremely cold temperatures outside!

Got a quality and detailed maintenance done on my older model push lawn mower. Daniel pointed out issues that he found and explained how he corrected them. My only problem was in scheduling. I had scheduled with his office for one day but communication error occurred and he didn't come that day. I was contacted later that evening and rescheduled for a Sunday. Daniel did excellent work and I would hire him again.

He got it started and running in about an hour.

Excellent. The repairman was punctual and thoroughly explained what was needed for the repair. I was extremely pleased with the work that completed and the results for my snowblower.

Arrived on time, worked quickly, explained what was being done, cleaned up after work, demonstrated proper functioning of machine, gave tips for future proper operation.

My initial experience was great, both online and over the phone. There were some scheduling issues, but we got them worked out. When it came time for my appointment, however, nobody showed up. I called several times with no answer, and finally got a call back several hours later. This is a husband and wife business, and the wife had gone out to do Christmas shopping and forgotten her phone. She called back as soon as she could and we figured out the issue. She had scheduled me for the wrong month. She was very apologetic, and did what she could to work me into their packed schedule. When the new appointment rolled around, he was early, very nice, took care of the issue and even offered some tips to keep it running. I completely understand the scheduling mistake, and wouldn't hold it against them. They are good people and would recommend them to a friend... just, maybe double check the appointment date. ;)
