I received a courtesy call on the day of delivery with the tech describing the vehicle and trailer he would be driving. Upon delivery he spent ample time explaining how to operate the mower and offering tips on how to maintain the machine. Overall I was impressed with the service I received and the quality of the mower. I will definitely use this company for servicing my mowers as well as my snow blowers, as they will come to my home by appointment and take care of blade sharping, repairs etc on site.

Dan could not have been more friendly and professional. I provided the model # when the appointment was made and he had everything he needed with him when he arrived. Everything is taken care of right at your home so you don't have to worry about trying to figure out how to get your mower or snow-blower to him. I would definitely recommend Indy Mower Repair and we will be using them again!

Excellent! Daniel showed up on time and did a great job with the mower tune up. Could not have asked for better for the price and to have them complete the work at my house instead of hauling the mower somewhere to get the work done. Will absolutely be calling him again next year to get this done.

Daniel has perfected his craft. He showed up on time to the second with his pull-behind mobile lawnmower shop. Daniel did a preliminary examination of my mower to try and diagnose the problem. He emptied the gas and oil from the machine and explained every step in his process. My mower was not starting and Daniel diagnosed this as a blockage of airflow through the carburetor. He used a modified guitar string (he used to play in a band on a cruise ship) to excise the grime from the carb, replaced the air filter and spark plug, and put the machine back together. After cleaning the mower and replacing the fluids with fresh gas and oil, Daniel gave it one good pull and the mower fired up as it did the day it was purchased. The blade was sharpened to an incredible degree and my lawn has never looked better after a fresh cut. He charged $120 for the service but I gave him an extra $20 because I was so impressed. I would recommend Daniel over any other service professional I have used for anything around the house. The service is convenient and Daniel is an absolute savant with small engines and a delight to converse with. I could not be happier with the result.

He cleaned it only to tell me the carburetor needed to be rebuilt, it wouldn't stay running. He said the mower was worth it. He said for another $60 he would rebuild the carburetor as good as new. After 2 weeks, I had to call him to get the mower returned. He brought it back, it runs great, and charged me another $60.00. So, for $189 total, I have my used mower in working order. He was a very likable gentleman. I liked the fact that he came to the house, and I figured I was paying for that service. But it proved to be quite a costly purchase. I won't do that again.

Came out on a Sunday. Arrived on time, performed all work in his trailer and completed in a reasonable time. Very pleasant. Would use again.

He managed to get the machine to start but the blower would not start the next day. In addition, the caburator is now leaking gasoline. This was not a problem until after his repair. He did honestly try but I will not use him again.
