I liked what they used on the inside. I have recommended them to others. They responded as quickly as they could, which I appreciated. He came out and was in a uniform and marked truck. He looked very professional and was well qualified for the job. He explained the costs up front and recommended some things to me. He was very friendly.

Mike showed up on time (early) on a Friday to perform a termite inspection on a home we are selling. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable. Got the final report via e-mail Monday afternoon and a mailed copy by Tuesday. Would use again.

They have done this for about fifteen years for me. They are very good. When I purchased my home there was evidence of termite damage. I had them start coming out then and also purchased an annual inspection and insurance contract.

Overall it went very well. The man did a very thorough investigation on our property to find where they were coming from. He left his estimate and we called to have him come back to do the treatment. He was very informative in explaining the chemicals he was using. We are very happy with the service and it seems he has taken care of the problem in one trip.

I called them and they were here three hours later. They looked in my crawl space and around my house to prevent mice and rats from getting in.

I was having work done by workmen around a newly purchased property and a couple of them got stung. Realized it was a very large and very angry yellow jackets nest. Called Rid-a-Pest that morning, and they were able to work me in that day. They called that afternoon, and told me what time they would arrive. The technician arrived promptly, explained how he was going to destroy the nest, and completed the task efficiently and effectively. Problem solved. I will definitely use them again for pest control maintenance since I live in a heavily wooded area.

He guaranteed the work stating he would come back and take care of them if the wasps returned. He was friendly, clean and knew his profession. I wouldrecommend him to anyone needing these services.

I told the company that I was available before my appointment time. Sure enough they called to notify me that they had an earlier opening. This was a great relief to me because i had other things to accomplish that day. Larry, who's been in the business for 35 years, showed up exactly as promised. He did a thorough examination of the insects I was having a problem with and went right to work. I'm very please and look forward to doing business with them again.

They did such a great job last time that I called (6 months ago) that I called them back to get ready for the summer visitors from outside. I called and she said I can have them there today. Pleasantly surprised and still pleased from last service, I asked i she could also schedule my home that was in the area. The tech shoed up as scheduled and we clarified the job, he then did his thing and followed me to my home. I was even more impressed as the time he took indoor, outdoor, and I even had him do my crawl. Money very well spent!!

I spent probably $150 on that service. I use this company because I have known the owner over the years and I have a comfort level with him. He is honest, prompt, and quick at returning phone calls. He is also reasonable and reasonably priced.

The people from Rid-A-Pest Company were very responsive. They were good. They were very professional. They were thorough and really helpful. I didn’t want them to do a whole lot. I just wanted to get inspection done and a little bit of pest control work. They were able to answer my questions. They even asked me if I had any pets before they could start their work. I didn’t have any concerns there.

I placed a call to Rid-a-Pest and made an appointment. He showed up within the timeframe given. He suggested the areas to place the bait and what kind of bait to use so that our pet would not be injured. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained how the bait would work and cleared any concerns that we had. We also received a 15% discount for being an Angie's list member. We have not seen a mouse since!

They were very good. He did some things that I wasn't aware of. He showed me some bugs on a tree and he sprayed it. I would use them again.
