Attention Ladies! Being a single female that has past experience with mechanics that have been dishonest, I have finally found an automotive specialist that IS honest and professional who treated and spoke to me like an intelligent individual. How refreshing! From now on, no more of my business will be given to dealerships. I'll go back to Hopkins in a heartbeat!

Jeff and mechanics have done an admirable job in keeping the cars in the household running far better than they should. Have used Hopkins for last 5 years and have never had disappointment in service and/or advice. I refer friends and business contacts to Hopkins because it is rare to find a garage that will give you honest information. Visit today involved vehicle a/c that was not putting out cold air and a oil change with tire rotation. Both completed within 4 hours plus a front headlamp was repaired without my request, I had assumed it could not be repaired. A/C puts out COLD AIR, maintenance completed. Impressed again with the things they do.

Just an hour or so after dropping off the car, Jeff called and told me the exhaust issue was something that could be done for much less by Ralph's Muffler. But the a/c problem, was just a cut wire and he could fix the wire and add freon for about $125. This was the first time I've taken my car to Hopkins Automotive. They seem like they just want to fix the car and charge me a fair price for the parts/labor. I'll definitely take my car back for maintenance/repairs, and I'll tell my friends about Hopkins Automotive!

I think they provide superb work, have fair prices and don't charge you for work that isn't done.

Jeff Hopkins is that very rare combination of expert mechanic and great businessman. His team was able to prep our old minivan with 193k miles for a family trip to Florida, which we completed without a hitch. When the guys finished early, they even decided to polish my foggy headlights -- for free. This would probably be a $100+ service anywhere else. Needless to say, we were extremely happy with our experience.

I can always get an appointment when I need it, and they have the night out, drop off service, which I appreciate. I can drop my car off during non-working hours, then they service the car.

They are very good and very reasonable. I have used them several times over the past years. They are reliable and not overpriced.

Service was quick, accurate, and professional. I've used and recommended Hopkins before and have always felt that they were very fair. I always do some research on the problem to see if it matches what repair places say the problem is, how it's solved, and how much it will cost. Hopkins has always been right on.

He was very honest about telling us that if it was something that would require the dealership's expertise, he wouldn't even attempt the repair. He put the car on the lift while we waited, came out 5 minutes later and told us what he could do and what it would cost. We left and before we even got home, he called and said it was fixed and ready. He was able to fix the problem avoiding what might have ended up being a very expensive repair elsewhere.

They are pretty reliable and honest. They have a good reputation. They tell one whatever is wrong. They make an accurate assessment of the problem. Their price is good; it’s competitive.

This company is awesome. They are honest and more than fair.

The work was done quickly. Told to drive for a day to check for any problems and then come back to settle up.

They consistently do a quality job and are reasonably priced. They are very friendly and efficient. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

My wife also uses them. Our last visit was to have some work done on the front end ball joints of my wife?s car. They are by far the fairest and best in terms of price that I have found. When I picked up the car, the car I drove there had a burnout on a turn signal, and he replaced it for no charge, because he felt it was a burnout. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They are very honest. Every time we go there the prices are different because we have 3 cars. They are very friendly and you normally would have to schedule ahead of time and have it dropped off by 8 o'clock. They call you to tell you what the problem is and how much it's going to cost and whether you want it done or not. They usually have it done by the end of the day and they close at 6. They are really fast about it. I think that's part of the scheduling. You schedule in and they make room to know what's going to be done so they make sure that?s done.

This is a very honest company, and I trust them wholeheartedly. I truly believe that I'm being helped when I use their services versus being taken advantage of. Also, I think their pricing is reasonable.

It is right down the street for me and is extremely convenient. They are friendly and professional. They have always stood behind their work and whenever I have had issues they have made it right. I would rate them highly. I always use them and recommend them to friends and family. I have several folks that go there now because of my recommendation. I would use them in the future.
