this was the worst cleaning company I have used.The preliminary cleaning was great,then it went down hill from there

I was very happy with the service. A two girl team did the cleaning within an hour's time and I passed the apartment inspection. I will hire Home Cleaning Centers again in July.

Did a good job quickly

Quick response and follow up to my initial call. Good information about cleaning practices. Crew did an excellent job, made good use of time.

Great job cleaning the house. Except they left 7-8 calls to my cell phone and when I tried to return the call, it said that the number wasn't receiving messages.

A thorough 'empty new home' cleaning was asked for yet the attention to detail was extremely lacking. -No drawers were opened / cleaned in the bathrooms -The windows were almost completely ignored -Light fixtures weren't touched -Closets weren't even opened -Walls were asked to be addressed (fingerprints from kids / outline from hung pictures) yet were forgotten I suppose it was a decent cleaning for a touch-up / maintenance job but that isn't what I requested. The cleaners seemed to be in a rush to leave by 5pm. We informed the service of our displeasure and they sent someone out to address a few things but the overall service was lacking.

They are very thorough. The first cleaning service I've hired that I didn't have to clean up after!! Timely and friendly as well.

First cleaning today--seemed great....will continue bi-weekly and see how things go. Pricing was fair and response was quick and informative.
