This is the first year that I had lights installed on the exterior of my home for the Christmas season. I was very pleased with Heffernan's. They were prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, able to install within a few days, communicated very well, and did a good job in all aspects. They are very customer-oriented and take pride in their work. I will use them again next year.

They came and put up lights for our 4 story pine tree. It looks beautiful and will certainly be using them again.

Great. Easy to schedule an estimate and get on the schedule. Provided several options to choose from. Called before arriving, showed on time. Chris and his employee Donny got right to work. They did the windows in the rooms my husband and I were working in first. Then completed the rest of the house. Thoroughly cleaning both the interior and exterior of our windows and then pressure washing the exterior of home.

My guy did a good job - windows were very clean, no streaks, etc. and he worked quickly and was respectful of my time. I would give him a B- on cleaning my screens (some were not cleaned all the way around) but everything else was A work.

They came on the day that I set the appointment, they cleaned the gutters on the house and the garage, and did a good job, they also told me that the gutters on one side of the house have some nails that needs to be replaced which I appreciated knowing. They did a good job and we are pleased with their work.

Very friendly, fast and efficient. From the first call, to the quote and acceptance (they have a very slick online way of doing this,) to the install. And the install was flawless. We just discovered Chris and his fine company, but we will definitely be using them for other work.

The guys let me know they were here before starting and got right to working on the gutters. They cleaned up the debris as they worked. I was waiting to mulch the leaves with the mower until they were all down. The yard looked better after they left than it did before they got here. They also checked to make sure the downspouts were clear. Very happy with the work.

Very well, as is typical of this company. They (2-person team) arrived a little early, which I'm always happy with, and got right to work. The work went quickly as they have an efficient process in accomplishing the work. As, expected, the windows were sparkling. I've had them several times over the past few years for both window cleaning and power washing, and plan to continue with them for future needs.

Very well! Heffernan's team came out same day when I called to set up service. They cleaned up so well you really couldn't tell they had even been there. Water was pouring out the side of the gutters and they really just needed a good & thorough cleaning-Heffernan's to the rescue.

They through they were to clean the windows on the house and seem to be surprise that it was the sunroom windows instead. Seem there was no communication about the job before they showed up.

I was very impressed with the work. Patrick, Jack and Andrew cleaned the gutters and found a wasp nest on the roof. They were great at taking time to explain where the nest was so we can get our exterminator in the right area. They did a great job. The last time I had gutters cleaned, I used a different company and they left debris all over the walkway. These guys did an excellent job with cleanup.

Claimed a deal through Angie's list but their estimate was still high compared to prior companies we had hired for gutter cleaning. We eventually went with Done Gutter Cleaning for considerable lower cost and had a good experience.

They did a great job, very impressed with Chris and everyone involved in the work. They do a lot more than just window cleaning. We had to have follow up window cleaning due to the roof cleaning that we needed due to moss forming, and it was done promptly and professionally as well. They thoroughly cleaned our gutters too. I would highly recommend Heffernan's Home Services, LLC for any homeowner wishing to improve their property. Quality people, honest, and pleasant to work with!

I requested bids via Angies List. I was particularly interested in getting the work done within a couple of weeks. Heffernan provided a bid promptly, scheduled seamlessly, and did an excellent job of cleaning the windows. They also identified a window (high up on the second floor) that will need to be replaced; I appreciated that information! The cleaner took a picture of the rotted sill so we could clearly understand the problem. I was particularly interested by the bid. In addition to bidding the exact job I had requested, they also provided written bids on additional services that might interest me--interior window washing; whole house pressure washing; and roof washing. The information was presented very clearly and I did not feel they were pressuring me. In fact, I am seriously considering hiring them again (maybe in Spring) to do some of the things they quoted on. I thought the amount bid was appropriate to the job. I was a little surprised at the way the payment process happened. I replied to and accepted the bid on line; and filled out a form Heffernan provided with the bid info. This included my credit card number. The on site crew said I would receive an email invoice, which arrived later the same day. I didn't read it on my cell phone at the time, thinking I'd pay it a couple days later when I was going to do some other bills as well. However, the a day or so later I received another email; and when I got around to reading all of them, I realized Heffernan had charged my credit card when I did not reply to their invoice within a day. They explained this quite clearly in the first invoice email (which I didn't read timely!). They charged the correct amount, and I meant to put it on the card anyway, so it's fine; but somehow I had not quite realized this was how it was going to work! [I haven't gone back to the bid document to see if it was clarified there and I missed it, but if it isn't, I'd recommend putting it there somewhere in bold print].
