Excellent! You would have thought our roof needed replaced, but after cleaning it, it looks just like a brand new roof. He cleaned up very well and was in and out within about 2 hours. What I noticed most though, was his attention to detail from the beginning of us reaching out, all the way to the family card we received in the mail thanking us for our business. He's the exact reason we will always choose smaller businesses to work with on our home. Very friendly, went the extra mile, charged a reasonable fee & provided great customer service. Thank you very much! If your roof looks crummy, I highly recommend this company!

I booked Heffernan's on their website and got an instant estimate, which is exactly what I paid. I called them to confirm the online booking, left a message, and heard back within a short time. The guys showed up on time. I spoke with one that explained their process. They went to work and were done very quickly. I then paid with a check and the man advised me on maintaining the gutters and also told me some of Heffernan's other services (not pushy at all). The invoice came via e-mail, along with a follow-up thank you from Mr. Heffernan. The whole process was easy and efficient, I definitely will call them again. Thanks!

Great. Very thorough and even advised us to get our chimney checked out because he noticed that part of it was starting to crumble.

Overall everything went well. I contacted Heffernan through Angie’s List and they responded within a day. They weren’t able to come out for a week but that was alright. I had written down that they would arrive between 12 and 2. When the day arrived, I hadn’t received confirmation and didn’t get a response to phone messages I’d left so I ended up sending an email just before 3:00 pm. I did get a quick response to the email and they apologized for the confusion with arrival time. Although I didn’t get a call or message that they were on their way, the work crew arrived around 3:25 and were finished by 4:00. They were very pleasant, worked efficiently, and did a pretty good job cleaning up afterwards. They let me know the condition of our gutters and that the down spouts were not clogged so everything was good. I used a special offer from Angie’s List so the cleaning was a good deal. I would use their services again.

Excellent from start to finish. Obtaining an estimate and scheduling work was extremely easy using the online application. Further questions I had were addressed by Kayla promptly and efficiently. The crew (Jeffery & Donnie) did a great job! They were thorough and explained the roof cleaning process in detail. Very personable. The house looks really good.

This is the second time I have used Heffernan's to clean my gutters. They are much prompter than other companies I have used....they get the job done within a couple days and notify you if there will be delays due to weather. They show up on time, do a good job of cleaning the gutters and the mess. They will also check problem areas and let you know what they find. Price about the same or lower than other companies. Personnel are clean and courteous. Will continue to use them and highly recommend.

Truthfully the experience could not have been better. The professionals who did the work were pleasant, thoughtful (they took off their shoes when they came inside), and very efficient. They windows look great! They are coming back in a couple of weeks to do the gutters.

Chris did an excellent job washing my house. He was very responsive and professional. The house looks beautiful.

The 2 young men were very professional. THEY felt a few areas needed to be touched up (just didn't get as clean as they wanted on the first pass) and they did so the same day.

I had the house, driveway and walkway washed / cleaned. The crew showed up on time. They were very efficient. The price was good and I feel that I got my money's worth. I plan to hire them for window washing and gutter cleaning. Highly recommend. When making an appointment on line I would like for them to send a confirmation email or text. That is why I ranked responsiveness lower. I had to call to make sure that they received my request.

Chris' crew did a fantastic job. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Communication with their office staff was excellent. Their overall responsiveness was also excellent. Now a days, it is very hard to get companies to respond, call back, follow up. Chris' team did so consistently via phone, email, etc. This gave them an A+ in our book, before any work was even completed. This is the fourth window cleaning company we've had since we've lived in our home. Heffernan's is the absolute best so far, and the most responsive so far. Our windows are sparkling clean! Wow, what a pleasant experience and stunning result! Heffernan's was responsive - responding immediately to my request and providing a quote within 1-2 days. They use a great app to send you the estimate and are responsive to your accepting it. They were out within 1-2 days to install the lights I chose (they sell commercial grade with screw-on lights so that one bulb going out doesn't affect the strand). Literally within 3-4 days after making the request, Heffernan's sent 2 crews over the next couple evenings and likely 20+ total hours of work for a tight, professional installation exceeding our expectations. Then they called to make sure we were happy and sent thank-you correspondence. When the season ends, they will come remove the lights (separate charge) and store them in tubs in our attic until next year. I wish we had found them years sooner, but now will enjoy this every season! FYI, the price includes the purchase of the lights; their estimate showed how in subsequent years it will just be labor (so don't get sticker shock until you understand the details). They were so professional and responsive, we will now seek to use them for other services they offer that we need in the future.

I scheduled my Christmas tree decorating in September for a November 6th appointment. I received a reminder call and the guys showed up right on time. I paid by check. They were very friendly, professional and listened to how I wanted the tree lights placed. Everything went very well and the tree looks beautiful. It is a very large and high tree but they were able to go to the top with the lights. My neighbors all comment about how lovely the tree looks; it places everyone in the mood for Christmas. I would recommend them to anyone. I haven't tried them for window washing but if the window washing is like the tree decorating I expect they do a great job.

It went VERY well. Like a well-oiled machine :-)) I was ready for them and as they finished each area I put things back as I liked. We worked well together and they were very pleasant to talk to.

They were punctual, very accommodating and did one of the best exterior window cleaning jobs I've had. Heffernan's also provides other services, and because they did such an excellent job, I have asked for a quote to have my deck/sunporch pressure washed and sealed.
