GREEN TRADE CONTRACTING INC

The person that came out was nice and punctual when he came out. He came out about three weeks ago, and I hadn't heard from him in a reasonable amount of time. A week ago I call him back to ask what was going on, but he hasn't called me back. This doesn't seem to be professional.

We didn't actually did the remodeling because it ended being too much money. They were good and they were really understanding on the quote. It was a pretty big remodeling. It was taking down a wall between two rooms and making a really big kitchen like adding a bunch of things in the kitchen.

He did a wonderful job. He is very professional, I've met with him at his office. The subcontractors that he had on the job were very good. They worked very quickly and they cleaned up every day after themselves. He did what I asked him to do. I was very happy about that. I think that when you have a contractor that listens to you and follows through on what you are looking for, and provides you with the product that is every bit that you were hoping it to be, I think that is an excellent job. He didn't oversell me anything and he didn't undersell me anything. I think the price was fair. For me this was just kind of an introductory project to get a sense of what quality of work he did and what kind of materials does he use. Did he do all the things that was on the quote, etc. He is a very competent young man. He does an excellent job and he knows what he is doing. He taught me things that I needed to know about the whole process.

I think he did an excellent job. He was patient, and his subcontractors did a wonderful job. It was an easy remodel, and we would use him again in the future.

We truly enjoyed working with the professionals at Green Trade Contracting on our home renovation. They were willing to listen to our ideas but added their professional advice when their experience told them we would be happier with another option. Because it was a whole house remodel, we needed to live off-site so the work could be complete. They routinely went above and beyond to ensure our timelines were met and the quality of their work was superb. Steve was there every day and was always available to discuss changes and exactly what was going on with the job. All of the craftsmen made it easy for us to enjoy the process by making sure that our project went smoothly. They took responsibility for problems and they always came up with solutions that worked. We'd highly recommend GTC to anyone who wants to be certain that their project is successful! Steve Green is not only well spoken, funny and skillful in his trade. I am particularly impressed with his all around knowledge of everything. If I would have known how great he was going to be at building our project, I would have been willing to pay more when we negotiated his fees.

Steve is very trustworthy and I was very comfortable having him, and his subcontractors, in my home. Everyone he works with is polite, tidy & skilled in what they do. Complaint: the project went 5 weeks past the time line, which would have been easier to deal with if we'd been kept in the loop. Steve does great work, but as the project progressed, I felt like the details that needed to be finished up were not high on his list of priorities. Therefore the project dragged on, and days would go by without anyone coming to do anything. Better communication during this time would have helped. BUT the bathroom is beautiful and everything we wanted. We stayed on budget and Steve went over and above to make sure we were happy. 6 months after the project was completed, we've had a few small details that needed attention, and he's been very responsive in taking care of them.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OVERALL SPEED AND QUALITY OF THE WORK. THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK WITH.
