GARY'S GREENHOUSE INC

Great. The folks there are very helpful. I love the layout and we can take our time walking through the different greenhouses. We love it.

They have been fabulous to work with - they have high quality products and are very knowledgeable. I have always been able to find someone to answer my questions and assist me while there. In addition, when I have purchased trees for delivery and planting - they have delivered and planted on the same or next day. They arrived on time - were polite and completely cleaned up any mess. They even fertilized the trees and gave me some brief instructions. We continue to go to Gary's for all of our landscaping needs - and keep getting compliments on our landscaping!!!

We are frequent shoppers at Gary's. We wanted to get my father a hanging basket for his birthday. Unfortunately, it was a Sunday. My wife called to see if they had started their Sunday hours. Unfortunately, they were closed. However, Scott, I believe it was, without us asking, asked my wife if we were close by. He said that he would be there for another hour and that we could come by and pick out a basket for my father. We arrived in about 15 minutes or so and he met us at the door. We asked for a certain type of plant and he walked us back to the appropriate greenhouse, without pressure, and allowed us to pick a plant. Being that it was a Sunday and he had no register, I was willing to hand him the next highest dollar amount. I didn't care whether I got back exact change and/or a stamp on their frequent shopper card, but he was so concerned that I get both the stamp and correct change. Gary's definitely went beyond normal customer service.
