I liked that they made sure I got the right paint. They went all over to make sure I got the right one. They were very reasonably priced.

The people they had here were very good, excellent crew. They showed up when they said they would and I would hire again.

They have come out twice and they will be doing the work in April. He was here for about a half an hour going through everything that we need to fix the house and how to fix it. Their price was very reasonable. They were very professional and the quote they gave me was very detailed and they were very responsive in getting back to me.

Fairly well. Only negative was that I had to watch carpentry work carefully. We have an older home and knew that there would be quite a bit of carpentry work required during the preparation phase. This was communicated several times from estimate to finish of job. Crew seemed to be under the impression that they were to do as little repair work as possible and "patch" severe areas with wood putty. Information we communicated with the office personnel seemed to have difficulty reaching the crew in some instances. We are happy with the end result and would hire them again.

Fantastic. They did a great job, and even did some sanding and siding repair at no extra charge. Highly recommended.

They were incredibly thorough in the paint job. They had to first repair water damage to one wall and other scratches and dents on the walls before painting. They did an excellent job. The walls look perfect. They did not rush the project and took their time to do an excellent job. They spent 2 1/2 days at our house and did an excellent job covering furniture and flooring and cleaning up at the end of each day. The two painters we had at our house were very friendly and professional.

It went great. I had probably on average at least three guys here every day working. One day I came home and there were six or seven guys working. They were all very nice and professional. There was one guy in charge of the group. He had answers for any questions I asked. I could not have asked for a better group of guys or a better painting job. It just came out beautifully.

I called them and two days later they came out and got the job done. They got it done in two days. They worked very quickly and professionally. Everything looks great. They did a good job. They kept everything neat and clean both during and after the job was finished.

Everything about the entire process from estimate until completion of painting was very professional and pleasant.

It went excellent overall. They did a very good job. They were very respectful and cleaned-up well after themselves. They came on-time and did efficient work.

We got estimates from four different companies. Fine Painting was the second least expensive and could start the very next week if we wanted. They arrived on a Monday morning and reviewed the colors we selected, ran down the order of rooms they expected to finish and got started. At the end of the first day they had two rooms completed and the wall prep started on most of the other rooms. In an effort to make things easier on the painters we took the blinds down in each room and moved the furniture to the center. When they completed each room, they put everything back where it belonged including the blinds. Additionally, they vacuumed most of the dust that comes along with wall repairs, so the clean up and getting settled back into our home didn't take long at all. We ended up not liking the colors we picked for our master bed and bath, which is a real bummer. We decided to have them repaint just the bath and they did so without making us feel like we were putting them out or delaying the start of their next job. They finished everything right on time. We were absolutely thrilled with the services provided by Fine Painting Inc. From the initial bid, to the quality work performed and the customer service we received throughout, we were relieved that the project went so smoothly. When we decide to take on another painting project I can say without hesitation that we will use Fine Painting again.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. The estimate (which we had to call and request since nothing had been sent yet) was very fair, however, there was difficulty in getting a crew out to do the painting. Truck breakdowns, other issues created a two-day delay without any communication. It required us to call and inquire what the status was and when someone would be out to paint. On the designated day no one showed up; we had to call and ask "where are they?" The next day they were to show up at 8:00 and didnt make an appearance until a little after noon. There was no communication that they would be late. We told them not to bother and we would get someone else. My husband was very upset as he kept having to juggle his work schedule so he could be home for the painters who either didnt show up or were late.

They were outrageous in price! They were more than twice the price of another company! They wanted $900 to do the work, and I am getting it done for $385. They were very prompt and professional.

Fine Painting did a fantastic job all around. Greg did the initial estimate and was my contact for further questions after the estimate and before we had them start the job. The estimate came via e-mail almost immediately after our in-person meeting at the house. The price was in the middle of the four other companies from whom I received estimates. Greg did a nice job of noticing the spots that needed repair and had very good attention to detail. He estimated the time it would take to complete the carpentry repairs the best he could, and he was clear that it make take more or less time depending on what the carpenters would find. The company called before they were to start the job to make sure it worked with our schedule. As it turned out, they called earlier than we expected and we had to delay the start since we had family with small children in from out of town. This was not a problem, and we found time the following week. The job took only about two days, which included removing all of the storm windows, repairing the rotting wood, and prepping the painting work itself, painting, and replacing the storm windows. I could not believe how quickly and thoroughly they worked, in spite of the fact that they had a ton of scraping to do and repair to the wood and windows. The carpentry work ended up taking 10 hours instead of the estimated 8, but I was not surprised by this, knowing similar repair issues we've had in other parts of the house. Estimates are indeed 'estimates' and therefore are not an exact science. The final cost was very close to what was originally quoted. I believe the repairs they made to the carpentry are preventing potential major problems from occurring in the future. They were extremely attentive to our family's needs. We have a fenced-in yard, and they were very concerned about making sure the gates were closed and locked whenever our dog was out and our young son was home. The company's owner followed up with a phone call the day after the job was complete to see if we had any questions. Fine Painting is an impressive company providing excellent customer service and, most important, high-quality craftsmanship.

Greg was very punctual and provided a reasonable estimate. The painting crew was outstanding!! They power washed all areas and scraped, primed and caulked all areas. They matched the paint to our new fiber cement prepainted lap siding. They were prompt, polite and did and outstanding job on painting.

They were very professional. They asked our opinion of the work performed and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We noted a number of areas for touch up and they came back and fixed them.

They provided an estimate for me, which was a few hundred dollars more than another firm, along with only one coat of paint opposed to the two coats that the other firm was offering. Being that this job is for one of our rental properties, we did not want to spend too much money. If this were for our residential home, we would definitely hire this firm. I was extremely impressed by their presentation, promptness, and professionalism.

I have used Fine before and was pleased with their work so I called them again. Since it was a one-day job, they were able to do it the very next day after the estimator came out. The painter was about thirty minutes late because he said they gave him the wrong paperwork. Bob Fine followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure everything had gone okay.

Promptly provided an estimate, scheduled the work, did the work well and billed for the amount of the estimate.

They were wonderful! They were very professional, they did a wonderful job and even finished a little bit earlier than they originally thought they would.

Dave Fine came to the house one day after my call. He sent me an estimate within two days and the project was finished beyond my expectations within five days. There is nothing more to say!

I liked that they were able to do the job right away. They spray washed the house instead of scraping the old paint off. They made sure not to trample any shrubs. The paint still looks great.

They were very responsive, returning phone calls and coming to give an estimate at the agreed upon time. The turn around time for both the estimate and the work was very fast. The painters showed up on time and were very professional.

Promptly responded to request for a quote. We had a couple of issues develop due to mis-communications. Fine Painting responded very quickly and professionally to appropriately and timely resolve the issues. The work completed was very high quality. The paint crew (Jeff & Jennifer) were very conscientious, had a great attention to detail, and thoroughly cleaned up after completion of the work. Best exterior paint job I have ever had.

My experience with them was great. The painters themselves did a great job. The guy who came out and gave us an estimate was great as well. I would recommend them and use them again.
