They were excellent. They were very professional, the prep work was wonderful. They did a great job cleaning up. It was nice working with them.

Exceptional sent. The owner came out and spent a lot of time reviewing the project, made recommendations on what type of paint would work best and why. Worked very hard for a couple long days and got in and out to finish the project.

I got an estimate quick and by next week the painters were here and redy to do the job. John and Jeff were great painters. Friendly, professional, and very fast. Took only 3 hours to do the job. The quality of the job was very good as well. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Stephen was on time. He was very professional, neat, cleaned up the mess. Very accomodating. Good job.

They are prompt, courteous, detailed, and neat. I asked for honest opinions, and received them, even if it meant them not doing additional work for pay. They would handle jobs I saw while they were here that were out of scope with no issues. Independent workers. I will use them over and over as the need arises

It went very well. They were able to start sooner than I had expected. They thoroughly prepared the surfaces and proceeded expeditiously. This company restored my faith in painters as the previous company used was atrocious.

Throughout this process I had learned that there were new regulations on lead free paint. Fine Painting was the only company that brought up the EPA regulations and they followed all of the new rules. I learned that if I did not follow the new regulations I could be charged $20,000. When it came to grading them on price I did not know how to answer that. I know that this painting job might have seemed expensive but they were the only ones that followed the EPA guidelines. The workmanship is fantastic. Five men came out and removed the old paint on July 1st and began the painting on the 2nd, finished up on the third. They were efficient and even followed up with some spots I wanted to be fixed. It was a little higher than I expected but you truly get what you pay for. This company was excellent and surpassed my expectations.

It went great! We had delay in picking the paint color and they were patient and worked around our schedule!

Overall, Fine Painting did well. when it was rainy or they canceled for personal reasons, they put extra painters on the job to get it done in a timely manner. There were a few glitches (leaving off a trim piece and attaching storm windows from the outside) but they were here in minutes to correct the problems when called.

I will use them again soon. They are great!

Bob and Greg are awesome. From start to finish, Fine Painting did a great job. Their work is high quality and they are professional. The crew was on-time and completed the job early. They exceeded my expectations. Their attention to detail is noteworthy. Our neighbors commented on the quality of the exterior painting. I highly recommend Fine Painting.

Mike and Keith were on time each of the 3 days. They kept us updated on their progress. Two windows required added work, which was pointed out by Mike and pre-approved by me. Mike suggested a method to prevent further damage. Again, I pre-approved the work to be done.

Service was done as stated by company. On time and professionally. Very satisfied.

GREAT! I LOVE this company and will definitely use them again! The workmen was honest, thorough and patient and so was the owner, Bob, We ran into a major complication during ceiling repair that broke the service over a 5 week period, but they were great. Their price was extremely fair, and they were transparent from start to finish about what extra work was recommended, not necessary or critical. THANK YOU!

They arrived when promised on both days. The painters were personable and professional. They took down things that I could not get down without complaint. They applied 2 coats of paint. They put the furniture back where they found it and actually left the house cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

The estimate was arranged quickly, in person, & gave helpful suggestions. They graciously accommodated my tight time frame. The 2 painters were prompt, pleasant, and professional. They moved a couple pieces of furniture that I couldn't, protected them from paint, and cleaned up well. Walls look great. Finished in 2 1/2 hours!

First, the carpenter did a great job by replacing the cedar siding that was damaged. Second, the painters arrived and did a great job. All were polite and had a great work ethic.

The quote was done quickly, and emailed to us. We scheduled the work for the following week. It did get moved back a day due to another job running over. They spent 2 days painting and the finished product looks great. They got a small drip of paint on a comforter, but paid to have it dry-cleaned. We were very happy with their service.

They did a very high quality excellent job and I was extremely pleased! The house has never looked so good! Two coats of paint were needed due to the color changes. Under responsiveness, there were some communication issues between they & I and some issues within their own associates (sales vs painting) on getting Porter color selectors to choose new colors for our home and deck. They would forget the content of phone conversations I had with them. I found the best way to communicate with them was by email. They would then have something to refer to in print. Under professionalism, there were also some issues with damage to trees along the driveway which I could not understand and to some smaller shrubs around the house, but some of that would have been expected due to the placement of the shrubbery around some parts of the house. I will emphasize that issue before I use them again.

On time. Reliable, pleasant, steady hands, very neat.

Good communication with Dave, however, we had asked to have all rotted boards replaced. One the walk through with the carpenter, we noted which ones were rotted. Only about 2/3 of the boards were replaced and we had to call to get one of the boards that was pointed out to use replaced. Dave was certainly responsive and had them back out - however - they did not replace any of the other boards. After painting the replaced boards, most had primer showing through. The screws were not chaulked and the paint therefore did not adhere.

The family room contained 4 very large (6x3x18)bookshelves. The two man crew made care to move the shelves on our hardwood floor without a scratch! They kept the upstairs room dust-free after the sanding. Once paint was dried several hours later, it was discovered some sections were lighter in color, A folllow up appointment was quickly arranged, and one painter returned 2 days later to inspect. He returned the opened can to the paint company and it was established that this particular batch was not properly mixed. Once the correction was made, the patches were repainted. Other than higher than hoped for price, we were very satisfied with the company and the 2-man crew. No paint spills anywhere, and all areas cleaned up. Very professional.
