The guys arrived right on time. We went over the job to be done and they promptly got started. They did a great job on everything and we're very pleased. I think the price was a little high, but for the quality and professionalism, we would definitely hire them again.

The experience with Fine Painting was very professional from start to finish. I'm the designated neighbor in charge of taking care of the 9 fountains in Woodruff Place, and when the Civic League board approved the request to paint the Cross Drive East and Cross Drive West Fountains, we started to look for quotes. These fountains haven't been painted for many years and were long overdue for a re-coat. We contacted 4 painting contractors for quotes and we decided to award the bid to Fine Painting. Fine Painting's head painter Jack was in charge of the project from Start to finish. He and his crew did and excellent job. They took great pride in their work and their attention to detail was above and beyond the call of duty. This was very unique and difficult task. Two of the professional painting contractors we contacted turned us down due to the challenges of the job. Fine Painting took on the challenge undaunted. We did run into one issue of going over-budget on the quote. Fine painting was willing to soak up most of the cost overruns to make sure that the project was completely finished. They even worked on Labor Day to get the job done in time. One of the painters told me privately that they never worked on Labor day before, but they all agreed that they wanted to get this job done in time. I really feel that if their name was going to be associated with a job, they want to get the job done right. I would hired Fine Painting again without hesitation for any painting project.

When the painter was here to do the ceililng we had discussed what was needed for the walls to prepare for painting which I was going to do myself. He did a decent job, but was packing up 45 minutes early to leave for another job, when I pointed out several areas we had talked about as being among the most important areas I wanted corrected. He unpacked and hurriedly addressed those areas. It took me several hours the next day to clean and smooth the walls to be painted. I had to wait yet another day to do the painting. We had also asked this provided to paint our exterior windows, but since that would take much more than two hours we had to be regularly scheduled. Here is the problem with the "two-hour specials": they promise to get back to you in 24 hours to schedule the work, so any work that takes more than two hours gets shoved to the bottom of the list. They never did schedule the window painting.

Rain delayed the job, but that was understandable.

Process was timely and neat! One day. Less than 4 hours. Chris was on time, very neat and thorough. Did an excellent job!! Cleaned up every speck of dust!!

Have used this company many times and they always do great work.

I really hate to give negative reviews, but I just cannot avoid this one... When they came over for the estimate, everything seemed fine, and I got a sense that they were pros. All I wanted them to do was repair a drywall hole in the ceiling, then repaint the ceiling and also repaint the ceiling in another room. I went ahead and scheduled them to do the work, but I was not going to be able to be home when they arrived. So I gave them my garage code to get in. The morning that they were supposed to arrive, the painter called me and said he's standing outside my house. I told him that I left my garage code when I scheduled the work. He fumbled around and then said he found it. He called me 10 minutes later to ask me where all my paint was. Apparently he was prepared to repaint the entire kitchen and living room, walls and all. I had to explain to him that I only needed him to paint the ceilings. Again, he asked me where the paint was for the living room. I explained again that I only wanted him to paint the ceiling in the living room. He still seemed confused. I should have gone home at this point but I didn't. When I finally did get home, the entry door from my garage to the inside of the house was covered in smudges and dirty fingerprints. I had JUST had my entire garage painted the month before, so these marks were all brand new. When I got upstairs, I discovered that he not only repainted the specified ceilings, but also did my bathroom ceiling as well, with leftover paint drips all over the wall and mirror. He also left the toilet seat up and did not clean up after himself. I was willing to ignore all of this, because the main work I asked them to do was completed and I could clean up where he made a mess. But I just now got a phone call from Bob, checking on how the job went. I started to explain all of this to him, and he cut me off in a very annoyed voice and just said, "Well if we need to come back out there and fix anything let me know." My only advice if you use this company is to be there the whole time and make sure they do exactly what you asked them to do.

The two painters showed up on time and got the job done surprisingly fast. We already had plastic on the floor from previous work, and the caulking was already done. Workers were very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job especially on the detail work as far as clean edges. I would highly recommend Fine Painting and would definetly hire them again. We had purchased a painting deal before from another company and Fine Painting did a much better job in less time even for a larger area.

They were great. We have a townhouse so there are very high ceilings. The 1/2 bath had wallpaper that had been on for some time. They were meticulous, no messes, no mistakes. The owner called everyday and when the job was finished to make sure we were happy. We will use them for our future painting projects.

Job was well done; painters were prompt and professional.

Chris was great, he worked non stop for over 4 hours and our front room that had all the cracks looks great.

The estimator was extremely personable and a joy to work with during the process. He arrived on time and provided the estimate on time.

Great. The 2 workers showed up when scheduled and got to work. They worked 8 hours the first day and about 2 1/2 hours the 2nd day. They moved my furniture (the big stuff) back into place and cleaned up all the area. They were very neat, covered everything so no paint would spatter. I'm very pleased with their work. This is not the first time I've used Fine Painting. I obtained 3 estimates before starting the job and knew they would do an excellent job.

The painters came when they said they would and performed the job in a timely manner. I was happy with the service they provided and the painters who did the work

The Fine Painting crew arrived on time, always treated our home in a professional manner and did a great job. I had a few small areas where I needed the walls touched up and they took care of every detail. They were considerate of our home and made sure no drywall dust, paint or other materials made its way onto the carpet or into another part of the house. They even provided guidance on paint colors for the woodwork and upkeep after they were done. Highly recommend and we'll be sure to bring them back for our next job.

The meeting went fine. However, the estimate never arrived! What's odd is that there hasn't been any follow through to address the estimate, which leaves me with the impression that they don't care. They're too big or something

My wife and I are very pleased with this company. Their quote was not the lowest, but about $1500 less than the highest we received. We scheduled a timeframe about 1 1/2 months in advance as there was no real urgency. I did call the week before we were scheduled to ensure everything was still on track and at that time we confirmed the exact start day and time. They arrived promptly the first day they were scheduled and completed the work in 3 1/2 days. I could not say more about Steve and his crew - they were very thorough, professional, and courteous. We chose drastically different colors than the original and the crew was extremely excited about what the house was going to look like upon their completion - that sends the message that they really enjoy their job and care about the quality they put forth. My wife was home during the project and everytime she went outside to see how it was coming, they got down off their ladders and asked if we were satisfied!! Steve found some damaged siding that we did not know about - he obtained the materials and fixed the problem for a very nominal amount. During their time painting our house, we had numerous neighbors approach them (and us) about them coming out to quote them. They were all very impressed with the job they did. Overall, we could not be more satisfied with them. If we need future painters, they will certainly be the first company we call. There are some negative comments surrounding the front office - the lady who answers the phones may not be the cordial, but looking beyond that, the company is very good to work with.

It went well. The painters arrived when they said they would, were polite and professional, did a very nice job and cleaned up after they were done. I hope to use then again next year to paint my decks.

Exactly as proposed and very easy to work with. Also wanted to make sure that the color matched and offered to redo if need be. I saw no issue with the color. This is my second project with Fine and the third one is scheduled. I plan to use them exclusively for my painting needs.

Inital contact with Neil Fine for estimate was very punctual and polite and quick on response with estimate. Workers arrived and jumped right in the day they were scheduled and were very professional, helpful and quick. Only one day that they showed up a little later and I was not sure where they were but they had to help out on another job temporarily, but apologized and still got the job done on time and did a very nice job!Even went above and beyond by helping move some furniture for us that they really didn't have to do but did to help us out.
