Fine Painting Inc

This was a tricky repair because of the bright red paint job. The painter worked for two days to get it right but it was perfect in the end and we are very pleased with the work.

We have used fine painting on several occasions and we have always been happy with their professionalism & quality.

Interior portion was lacking. A number of missed spots requiring follow up. Even after follow up several remain. Exterior paint job was outstanding!

The painters were punctual, professional and seemed to take pride in their work. Wanted it to be just right. Some areas required matching paint and making sure it looked right. They went above and beyond helping me organize and label paint cans-.

Arrived when they said and stayed with job until done. Cleaned up and did a great job in painting. Would highly recommend them.

Bob Fine and his crew are very professional. The process was easy, although scheduling all the work took some time. The painters were prompt, polite and cleaned-up after themselves. As my house is >50 yrs, precautions had to be taken for lead paint on the exterior. They managed this well, unlike a couple of other companies who were not willing to deal with lead paint. I guess the lead paint made the project more costly as the exterior cost was $8,280 which considering the house is entirely stone except for trim seemed little pricey. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work performed and would definitely recommend Fine Painting to others.

They did an exceptional job -- they were attentive to the details, were very careful in every respect, and cleaned up everything when they were finished.

Painters were punctual and professional. They were careful to protect our carpet & cabinets from paint smudges and did on excellent job overall. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Getting the estimate went well. The job was scheduled and then pushed back due to the weather - which was fine. Then we were contacted and told they wanted to move up the outside painting to Memorial Day weekend Saturday. They did not show up then and called us Tuesday after Memorial Day to reschedule the outside painting. They arrived for the inside work and did a great job. There was a bit of communication confusion on the outside work but it was all taken care of wonderfully.

They were here on time. They got busy, they covered everything to avoid splatter, they got it done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the job.

Painters arrived on time-very accommodating & friendly. Asked if they needed to know more than on order in case I forget something. They completed work in good time & did quality work, leaving nothing behind. I will use this company again & recommend to friends.

All went very well! The painter was efficient and professional. Bob worked with us to schedule through a few conflicts and confirmed that the painter for the job had previous experience with fiberglass door stain.

Painting crew (3) arrived on time on appointment date. They did a good job painting walls and all wood trim. Crew was very careful, courteous and professional. They carefully cleaned up when finished and completed the job on time.

Painting was delayed one day due to health issues, but was then completed in the three days estimated. Workers were courteous and cleaned up each day, painting work was well done. Only complaint is the areas in the great room where joint tape was pulling up were not re-taped as expected. It appears joint compound was simply applied under and over existing tape before painting, so there are still bubbles in sections in question. Looks only marginally better than before painting. In fairness I did not bring this to the attention of Bob Fine before making payment as after two months of remodeling we elected to live with it.

Their service was excellent from my first call to the finished job. They arrived when they said they would and they completed the job in a day...as they said. When they left you would have never know (except the pictures were off the walls) that they had been here. I was so pleased that I am having them provide an estimate to repaint our kitchen and laundry room cabinets. I will definitely use them for all of my future painting needs.

I didn’t do comparison shopping so can’t rate price, but I did get 16% discount for signing on in January.

Excellent initial paint was chipping & fine sanded & repainted all cabinets doing an excellent job. Very pleased would not hesitate to recommend to family, etc.

Fine Painting performed detailed work both patching and finish painting the interior of my home. Their painting work is so professional and beautiful! Fine Painting did a gorgeous job and the two painters were very careful and professional. I have worked with Fine Painting in the past and I would absolutely not hesitate to call them again. I selected them primarily because of their reputation and quality and I have used Fine Painting before this experience. They used Sherwin Williams paint for this project. I was preparing the home for sale. I will call Fine Painting in the future because they are professional and cost effective and they perform a quality job every time. They are probably the best painters in town if you want a professional job, completed quickly and you want your home to look its absolute best. I have never been disapointed in their work from estimate to paint prep, drywall prep, to fine detail painting --EXCELLENT QUALITY.

The painters were on time and very nice. They did a good, clean job. We ended up needing an extra coat of paint put on one wall and they came back out and fixed it with no problem.

We purchased Angie's List Big Deal at $1200 for 40 hours. We wanted wallpaper removed, drywall repaired, and walls painted in one bedroom Based on our previous DIY of removing just wallpaper border from the laundry room and painting, we decided to hire a professional and thought a week would cover the project. Gerald was sent- he is a one person paint crew! He is top rate at removing wallpaper and preparing walls for paint. He had that room finished in less than six hours! This included him suggesting we paint the ceiling- and he knew what color of paint to get- out of the hundreds of shades of white- and he was right- perfect match. He went on to remove border, prep walls, and paint a bathroom- including the ceiling. He then worked on an additional 14 ft. x 16 ft. bedroom that was floor to ceiling wallpaper and border on 3 walls with drywall damage on the fourth, and he painted the ceiling there as well. He finished up by removing wallpaper and border from all four walls of the study, fixed the drywall, and painted. All rooms received two coats of paint and he also painted the baseboards, doors, and trim work. He was an amazingly hard- worker and we are so pleased with the results. Although he finished quickly he scheduled his work to allow adequate drying between steps, he didn't just rush through the work. Total work time was under 30 hours. However, I think he accomplished what other painters would take many more hours to do. He was also neat and cleaned up afterwards- no paint on carpet or anywhere it wasn't suppose to be. Bob Fine provided an estimate which proved to be the best of three that I got. They were able to start right away and completed the project in about a week. A very nice job.
