While the estimate was slightly higher than the others I received, I chose Fine Painting for the honesty regarding the possibility of need for extra time. The work was done on time and it looks fabulous. The workers were courteous, thorough, and meticulous.

The two painters were polite and respectful of my home. The overall quality of the work was good.

He did his job very professional. When they said they would be here they were here.

Greg Rayne (salesperson) gave us an estimate to repaint exterior of home. They were very professional on the phone when scheduling the appointment and timely in submitting their estimate to us. We chose another company but it was a difficult choice and would recommend this company to others based on their estimate and professionalism.

They were fabulous. He responded to my initial call within 2 hours. He came out right away to give a quote. Within a week he had the painters out there. He came back to help me pick out colors. They were on time and very careful. They were absolutely wonderful. They were nice to my cats. Their prices were right. I just can't recommend them enough. I wouldn't hesitate to give a reference for them. I do plan to have them back for more work.

The estimate $8975 which was double what the other estimates that I had received.

Fine Painting responded quickly and kindly to request an estimate for this work. An associate also came later to work out details about paint colors, exactly what should be washed/painted. The two men who did the work were also very professional and did a very good job. There were issues with the timing of the job, though. We had made it clear that we preferred to be home for at least part of this work - colors aren't always what you plan, etc. We were told they would call a day ahead -- this did not happen. They "appeared" early one morning and began work -- no introductions, etc nor did they ask permission to get started -- instead, I had to do this and told them I was a little surprised to see them. They indicated they thought we had been notified of their arrival. Being at home helped, as there were questions about the painting; and pressure washing caused water to get into the house in some way, and this could have caused real damage had we not been home to intervene.

Excellent customer service. Showed up as scheduled and did work agreed upon quickly.

They did a beautiful job. The work is very neat and appears like new.

They were certainly meticulous and on time. I thought they were really expensive though.

The workers were very nice and considerate of my schedule, but the paint needs touching up.

They were absolutely wonderful, on time and followed up. The painter was great, he was out in the steaming heat and did a competent job. Their office had a good communication flow back and forth, it was very efficient.

While it did take some time to get an estimate, once the price was agreed to, I had a crew out the next day to begin the job. They did an excellent job, and were very courteous and professional.

I think they did a good job. They responded and came right out for an estimate. I accepted the proposal, and it took awhile for them to get to the work, but weather was an issue.

The painters did a very nice job. The interior work took a bit longer than we were led to believe (5 days instead of 2), but was very nicely performed. The price ended up a bit higher than we anticipated, but there were several unknowns that we estimated time for.

David and his crew got right to work as soon as we signed off on the estimate. The crew was friendly. We had to call them to come back twice for issues with bubbling paint and touch-ups. This was fixed in a reasonable amount of time.

I gave these guys an F on price because their estimate was 3 times higher than someone I have used in the past and did a good job.

The company worked with me to complete the job on a short schedule subject to a scheduled open house date. They used some wood siding that I had available to repair damaged/degraded sections of the siding prior to painting (needed to replace a large section due to a woodpecker hole). Jeff and his crew were excellent to work with throughout delays due to weather conditions, completing the job on time. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future. Angie's list discount (5% on labor) was honored.

We chose several firms from Angie's list and asked for estimates. Fine Painting was the first to respond. Although their estimate was $100 higher we chose them to do the work because of the detailed description of what they would do. Though the estimate seemed high, it was in the same range as others received. They were extremely courteous and professional. They gave us a detailed written proposal, and they did what they said they would do. They showed up on time, and got our deck finished in time for an outdoor event we had planned, despite a solid week of rain putting them off schedule! The deck looks wonderful. I will call them again the next time we need work done.

They have been timely, their pricing is competitive, and the people that they sent to do the work were good to work with.

We were very happy with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew. At the end of each work day the painters cleaned everything up. They took great care to protect the surrounding areas from paint, and also protected our landscaping and outdoor furniture.

We were very pleased with their quote and flexibility. They let us buy our own paint.

They came by to give me a bid, but I never heard back from them. I even called to leave a message, but they did not return my call. I don't want to assume. However, I can only assume why they are not willing to work with me. After filing this report I received a quote from the company.

Responded quickly to my requests with estimates (even when I changed the amount of work that I wanted them to do because we had begun part of the work ourselves). Friendly, polite, and cleaned up well afterwards. Very accommodating to fit our ''small'' job in with their other jobs (they got the work done in a few late afternoons) and managed to work around the weather very well! I'm very pleased with the quality of work.
