Great experience! David was an absolute professional and exhibited a strong desire to obtain the business. Greg Cummins (an employee of Fine Painting) did the actual work and it was flawless! Greg was also very personable and gave you a sense that you could trust him with your home. trim work and overall job were remarkable. I would definitely do repeat business.

The workers from fine painting were on time, and easy to work with. They missed a drywall repair in the master bath and when this was brought to their attention, they apologized and repaired it. I will use them again for my painting needs.

All in the crew were punctual, professional and extremely helpful. They were a pleasure to have in our home over the day & a half that it took to complete this job. Mike & Jeff, especially, exemplified great customer service. They all did a phenomenal job! The rooms look even more beautiful than I had anticipated; beautiful color, high-quality paint, clean/crisp lines and the red bathroom looks amazing now! I only wish that I had known about them sooner. We will definitely be contacting them later this summer to paint our upstairs rooms.

Everyone from Gregg, who did the initial estimate, through the painter who did meticulous work even with intermittent showers, to Bob Fine himself, provided thorough and conscientious service. They also were the lowest bidders for the contract, and the most responsive. The workmanship was excellent.

Very professional and punctual. Did my work within days of giving me an estimate (my husband was going out of town for the week, so I requested the work to be done while he was gone, they worked on Saturday in order to do this).

We used Angie's List complaint resolution process to come to a mutually acceptable amount with Fine.

They were very responsive to my call, very prompt in coming to give an estimate, helpful in determining the pros/cons of repainting the entire ceiling (based on their scrutiny, we discovered a couple of reasons to repaint it that I hadn't noticed before). Estimate arrive by email within 2 days, made an appoint for a week later, and performed the work and cleaned up after themselves spotlessly while we were at work. The room looked great and other than the wall & ceiling being fixed, we would have never known they were there.

They were very responsive, highly flexible to work around the other contractors coming in and out of the house, and they were extremely neat. It was high quality workmanship. Kevin was particularly thorough, responsive and great to work with.

It was done in a very professional manner and the work was excellent. He gave us an estimate, told us what he would do, and then did it in a prompt manner. I would highly recommend him.

Greg Rayne came over to give an estimate. Brought up the issue of repairing several seems in the living rm ceiling. No other contractor mentioned repair work, so I was impressed by his attention to detail. He was prompt in answering the addl questions that I had. Two painters came to do the work. Both were polite, prompt, and dilligent in their work. When a problem occured with the paint color (due to the paint company not Fine Painting), they were quick to get it resolved which involved custom blending the paint for a perfect match. Although a couple of addl items were added to their work scope (ie painting the fireplace), they completed the work ahead of schedule. Afterwards, the owner called to follow up on how satisfied I was now that the work was done. I was very impressed by their work and would hire them again. One quirk, the invoice came back a little high due to a few items left off of the original estimate. The owner was very gracious & resolved everything to my satisfaction.

Excellent. The painters showed up on time, they were very polite. Quality of work was exceptional. I don't think they spilled one drop of paint I would definitely hire them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with the results! We're putting the house on the market and wanted to give it a fresh look. They were able to get to us earlier than we anticipated and that worked out really well. The prep crew came the first day. Kevin was the painting crew's leader and he was very easy-going. He also has a good eye for color and what's going to look "right". The crew couldn't have been more polite and efficient. (I would give the prep crew a "B" on professionalism, but only because the prep crew took their shirts off.) The side-door looks absolutely AMAZING!!! It seems to me they really care about customer satisfaction with the e-mails and calls during the process and the follow-up calls.

The price was high, but it was worth it.

Jeff and his crew did a great job. It took me months to make up my mind on a contractor and then the colors, but the original estimate was honored. The work was done right in the middle of the spring cold spell but they came whenever the weather would break and worked as much as possible. The paint work is excellent and we have received many compliments. The folks that did the painting were very nice, made some good suggestions and you wouldn't know they had been there in terms of cleaning up the area. I have already recommended several times and we had them do some interior work recently as well. Fine Painting was not the lowest estimate we received but from start to finish they were the most professional and most responsive. I would definitely use them again.

Greg came to the house to give an estimate after I had received a seemingly high estimate from another company. He took thorough notes regarding patches and repairs to be performed. He came up with a dollar amount during our initial meeting, which I agreed to on the spot. (It was $1000 less than the previous quote), plus, he bumped me up on their schedule so I could meet deadlines for listing the home for sale. The crew did a FABULOUS job with all of the repairs and they were lightening fast and efficient. It all looks brand new. I only wish I had done it sooner!

Fine does fantastic work it was completed on time in a single day. I thought it was a little pricey as it required a third coat in the kitchen to cover red completely, which I had quoted as well, but I definitely got outstanding work and value with little clean up and it helped get our home back on the market quickly removing this problem. Fantastic color match in bedroom to the rest of the walls from color sample, it is just amazing as it matches perfectly. Also the front door was done so well that you could not tell it was brushed on looks like it was sprayed. I never saw anyone paint with such precision. Did a great job on plaster dimple in wall of several inches in size which was included in estimate, minor repairs. Also all nail holes covered.

Very good experience. The communication from the company was excellent at each stage of the work. I thought that having fiberglass windows stained to match already existing woodwork would mean that it wouldn't be an exact match but the end result is nearly perfect. I am very happy with that part of the job as well as the drywall work. I highly recommend this company.
