Called Express and they sent out Martin. He got to the root of the problem in short order: a sock had somehow worked its way around the drum seal and was clogging the pump. He cleaned it out and had it running within a short time. No parts required. They have an Angies List discount. I will call them again for any washer repair as my usual appliance guy, Harry Carson, doesn't work on front loaders. Recommended.

Martin was great. Was on time and fixed my dryer without any problems. He was very professional and efficient. Will call him for any appliance repair.

Went well, professional service. I was disappointed that the first hour gets charged and only pro-rated after the first hour. With the service charge to come out AND paying for a full hour that wasn't totally needed (more like a half hour), I felt I should have paid a little less-but it was still less than buying a new washer. I was able to use a $10 coupon from Angie's list that helped a little.

Martin replaced a hose assembly that was leaking. Water ran all over the kitchen floor! He also showed me where the problem was so I could see it for myself. Unfortunately, the new hose wouldn't hook up to the faucet! So Martin came back out with a new adapter. I'm not real happy with the adapter for the faucet, but that's not Martin's fault. Martin was punctual & professional & thorough. He even called when he was delayed only 15-20 minutes from a previous call. Considerate! He's a nice guy, who wants to do the job RIGHT.

Martin was awesome. He worked with me in regards to scheduling time and was very flexible. He was very responsive, returning my phone calls and voice mails very quickly. Although we couldn't afford the part right then and there, Martin applied a temporary fix to the problem so that we could have a cold fridge. He was informative and even showed my roommate and I how to fix the issue if it occurred while we waited to be able to afford to replace the part that was malfunctioning. We definitely will utilize his services again! Great experience.

The freezer side of our side-by-side freezer/refrigerator was leaking once or twice daily.  It seemed to be getting worse (more water leaking); upon my calling, the gentleman from Express Appliance Repair asked what brand appliance we had and about the problem and he arranged to come out the next day, which worked out great for us.  He was on time, courteous, and after asking me more about the leak, went about assessing the freezer.  He knew exactly what was causing the leak- it was a clogged drainage pipe within the freezer, and he cleared it out in no time.  It's been leak-free since!  Although the price may seem a bit high for just clearing a drainage pipe, we had no idea what was causing the leak, and it can be difficult to find quality servicepeople to come to our house in eastern Hancock county, so I was happy to pay that price (which included some travel feel) to have someone fix the problem quickly, efficiently and courteously.  I will definitely use this company again if I have any more large appliance repairs needed!

Martin diagnosed the problem and replaced a faulty fan in my built-in oven.  He had to pull the oven in order to replace the fan.

Martin, arrived at my house ahead of time.   Martin, inspected the dryer to locate the problem. He replaced the parts that went bad on my dryer.  He fixed my dryer in no time. Great job, very professional. I will definitely contact this company again.

I've been calling Martin Cisco of Express Appliance Repairs for years.  He's helped me out with our fridge many times (different issues and different units), as well as our other appliances.  He is courteous, punctual and he's always resolved the problem.  I highly recommend him.
