Description of Work: I have used Enterprise several times and I think the last time was THE LAST TIME. |When you make your reservation, you select the type of car you want. They NEVER show up with that type and the windows are ALWAYS dirty. |Having communicated my issues with them in the past, and them not correcting the issues or offering a concession for the inconvenience, I believe I'm officially DONE!

I had a problem from the beginning because they gave me a 4x4 truck. I wasn't used to driving one. It was really hard to drive and especially hard to park in my garage. I told the people that I really wanted a car but they kept saying that the only thing they had was a truck.

I called Enterprise after a bad experience with another rental car company. Enterprise said to come over and that they would help me. Within the hour they had a vehicle ready for me. They were great.

I picked up my car at the repair shop and discussed with the agents from Enterprise my insurance coverage; we even had a laugh over the fact that the rental would only cost me a few dollars out of pocket. When I went through the paperwork with Sarah(I think), I thought I had declined all additional coverage and initialed to indicate this in all the spaces she pointed out. Everything went fine, I returned the car a week later, and several days after that was shocked to find a charge from Enterprise for $145 on my credit card. When I called back to check, they said that their contract indicated that I had signed for the basic coverage at $14/day. I told them that I had been misled. I have rented cars many, many times before and never have I "accidentally" indicated insurance coverage that I didn't need or want. All I got was an apology; the charge stands. I'll NEVER deal with Enterprise again and will register my complaint with my insurance company (who uses them exclusively) as well.

Blake was very helpful, and the location at Penske was a huge advantage. With my insurance covering $25/day, Blake suggested a VW Jetta. I think he must have noticed me cringe (I'm not a girl!), so he offered a free "upgrade" to a pickup. I'm not normally a truck guy either, but I eagerly took it over the Jetta. What Blake failed to mention was that this truck was HUGE (Ford F-150 XLT Triton). It took a while getting used to the truck, including the fact that it did not fit into our garage! But once I got used to it, it was a pleasure to drive, aside from lousy gas mileage on my hour-long commute to and from work. But the staff was friendly (I think I dealt with three different guys at different times) and renting was a breeze. And they cleared everything with my insurance, which saved me those related headaches. They also reminded me to grab my garage door opener before I drove off without it.
Description of Work: I rented a car for the 8 days that my car was being repaired. Insurance covered the cost (less $1/day out-of-pocket).

It was an excellent experience. The rep. met me at Church Brothers when I dropped off my car and was very understanding when I showed up with the spare tire on after getting a flat. (not sure this is the right Enterprise branch) I rented from the one next to Roche off of 69.

The service and customer care is excellent. They call me about every two weeks to make sure everything is fine and to get an update on my vehicle (which is still in the shop.) My insurance and the auto body shop is covering the cost of the rental.

I RENTED THE CAR FOR 16 DAYS, AND THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A WEEKLY RATE, THEY CHARGED ME BY THE DAY. I SIGNED A WAIVER FOR COLLISION DAMAGE AND INSURANCE. I FELT THAT HE JUST HAD ME SIGNING THINGS THAT I DID NOT NEED. I WAS REALLY UPSET WITH NOT BEING GIVEN THE WEEKLY RATE. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
