The guys could not have been better! They were right on time and wasted no time getting to work. Once we got from he storage facility to the new home they worked practically non-stop. They unloaded the two additional storage containers in less than 5 hours. Could not have been happier. It was over 90 degrees and I had to ask these guys to take a break! Polite and helpful making sure everything was how we wanted it. Could not have been happier!

They showed up on time and went immediately to work. There were three movers. They divided the labor so that two of the men split up the house and immediately started carrying boxes and furniture to the truck to be loaded, while the third man stayed in the truck wraping furniture and packing the truck, and occasionally coming out to help with heavier furniture. I was impressed with their work ethic and how efficient they were. They definitely knew what they were doing and did it with humor. They got to the new house and unloaded the truck being very conscientious about where we wanted our furniture and boxes placed. They did not damage anything, placed runners on all of the floors and were very careful when handling important things. I would recommend this company to anyone and would definitely hire them again. Make sure to mention that you found them on Angie's list, since they offer a discount and it made a difference of about $80 on our job.

The team of two movers was wonderful. They were timely, efficient and hard workers. They were very flexible with our daughter's somewhat unconventional move. Not a thing was damaged. New in my experience with movers.

The original estimate was fair and slightly above the final cost (perhaps because I had moved my clothes). Shaun and Justin arrived on time and completed the move within the time frame originally given. They were professional, highly efficient, and good-natured about dividing my goods between the new apartment and the storage area. I would use this company again and frankly, plan on doing so in the future when I move higher up in the tower. A really 'wow' experience.

Emery's completed our move in a very efficient and professional manner. The 3 gentlemen doing the move were very polite and were extremely careful not to damage the furniture or the house. The estimate was approximately 30% higher than the actual cost. I would highly recommend this company.

They were great, they were cooperative. Price was right. I have recommended them to others. They were clean.

They arrived about on time (Mini marathon weekend traffic...) and got started right away. Everything was packed and prepped quickly. The guys were polite, professional and very gentle with our items. We were EXTREMELY satisfied with Emery's and would call on them again.

Went pretty well, but took longer than they estimated and they tried to charge $400.00 more than estimate until I called Dean Emery at the completion of the job and he did somewhat reluctantly agree to honor his written estimate.

The movers (2 men) arrived on time. Both were friendly and professional. They were careful with our furniture and took measures to not damage the flooring or walls of the home we were moving from. They packed the truck perfectly. Everything fit with space for more (26 ft truck) and nothing was damaged. Additionally, they got the work done in the time that they said they would. These guys were worth every penny we spent on them and more. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is moving. We were extremely satisfied.

They sent two crews with two trucks. They showed up at 8:00 am, right on time. They draped protective cloths over all stair banisters and spread floor protectors (red carpets) down to protect the flooring. They had us packed up and moved very quickly and effortlessly. We have a lot of large furniture, and they treated each piece as if it were made of crystal. We have no scratches, dents, or dings at all. They were very polite, cheerful, and respectful, and each crew member worked very hard. As my partner said, "This is the first time I've ever smiled on moving day". The only thing I wish we had done differently is to hire them for a half-day of packing, perhaps the day before. A lot of loose, small items got left behind, as we told them to just leave those things, we ended up moving those ourselves.

Excellent. The BEST move I have ever had (and I have moved a lot). Emery was flexible, reliable, careful, fastidious, honest, etc. I was extremely pleased and found the front office and staff to be intelligent, professional, and helpful.

Emery's was 15 minutes late and didn't bother to call. Once they arrived they got right to work and moved a couch, chair, entertainment center, coffee table, mattress, and bed frame. Next stop was to pick up a dresser, and futon. Futon was delivered to another stop and then the final stop was my daughters new apartment. Job took 2 hours and 15 minutes. We were told we would be charged the minimum of 3 hours less $35.00 coupon because we were an Angie's List member. The bill was higher as they wanted to charge me a travel charge and I stated we were told we did not have to pay this. The young man then proceeded to walk away and say the were getting "screwed" but called the office and talked with Dean who stated that we only had to pay what we were quoted.

They were very good, with no real issues. They were efficient, thorough, & did the moving job in 5 hours. Nothing was broken or damaged, there was no dirt on the carpet or on the walls. They placed them in the rooms I asked them to put them in. Once I unpacked they also disposed of the boxes, which was immensely helpful. The only thing that went wrong was that they left a closet full of clothing & I had to call friends to help.

Very well, we had more than fit in our storage so they took remaining items to overflow storage. They packed everything to the top very efficiently.

Sean showed up promptly to give us a quote which was very reasonable. On the scheduled packing day, four gentlemen showed up and packed for six hours with few breaks. The next morning five men came and loaded then unloaded, working almost 12 hours. Nothing got broken; everything was well cared for on the trip. The price came in under the quote.

It was a great experience. They kept in touch with me, calling me to confirm appointment, both the day before and the day of. The girl on the phone was very friendly. 3 men showed up with a truck, all introduced themselves to me. They worked hard and fast. They didn't take any breaks and had me loaded in just over an hour. They were very polite and clean cut. They unloaded in just over 2 hours, again no breaks and made sure to ask exactly where everything went. We have a brand new house and they did not scratch one wall. They padded the railings and completely covered the carpet as to not get it dirty. Very pleasurable experience and would definitely use again.

Daphne and her staff were great. The date for the move had to change but Daphne was very accommodating and helpful. The crew (4 men, 2 trucks) showed up on time, worked hard and loaded everything up by lunch. Moving into the new house was difficult because it required taking stuff to three different levels and a nasty stairway. They covered the floors, wrapped banisters in blankets and moved everything without a scratch to furniture or the new house. And all this on a day when the high temp was 8 degrees. Then they went back and cleaned out our rental storage and moved it all into the garage. They did a great job!

The movers were polite and personable, but two pieces of our antique furniture now have scratches and chips where they didn't before the move, and 2 of my bookshelves were damaged. Also the job was estimated at 9-10 hours. After 14 hours, it was almost midnight and the job wasn't complete. Since they charge by the hour, I paid almost 50% more than estimated and there is still work left to do. I will be finishing the move myself.

They showed up when they were expected to be there. The work ethic was great and the crew was great to work with.
