The crew showed up a few minutes late, but close to on-time. They went right to work and finished loading in 2 hours. they were very good about using shipping pads to wrap the furniture as they stacked it in the truck. All 3 of the crew were very competent at their jobs. They followed us to the new house where I provided them with a nice cold drink of water and they started unloading. They were very careful to try not to scuff the walls, however, there were a few marks left along the stairwells. I don't think it's possible to move and not mark the walls somehow. It always happens no matter how hard you try. They were very good about moving our eliptical trainer into our basement. It's very heavy and awkward but they managed to get it downstairs safely for us. All in all they did a very good job and I would definitely use them again.

They came on time, were friendly and professional, and looked at several options before moving the piano. They took care to not damage the yard as they carried it around the house in some muddy conditions, and got it to the basement quickly and efficiently, with no damage to the piano. Fantastic job!

Went very smoothly. They arrived when they said they would. They had seriously underestimated the amount of time it would take since they do not come out and look at the job. Nevertheless, the crew worked almost non-stop and were great with all our items and every request we had. I'd recommend them to anyone and use them again in a heartbeat.

I had to move out of town for work on short notice. I packed everything, but couldn't get it to storage before I left town. I arranged for Emery's to come and get everything and put it into the storage place. They were punctual, courteous and FAST! In less than 1 hour they had the apartment emptied and in less than 2.5 hours the entire move was complete! They were extremely careful with all of my furniture and odds and ends. Everything was wrapped and handled with care with the greatest of professionalism. I will definitely hire them to move my stuff out of storage! And I am recommending them to all of my friends.

I learned about Emery's Movers on Angie's List. This was the third move with which they have helped us. We like them because they have always been prompt and professional. They did have some difficulty moving a couch from a room that they themselves had put there during a previous move, resulting in some scuffing of the leather. But we did not feel this detracted from the overall experience. Their 3 men worked on a frigid February day, without complaint. They were careful and did not scuff walls or the banister, even when moving the washer and dryer to the second story laundry room. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They arrived at 9:00am. They moved all of our stuff out of our Carmel Apartment to our house in Irvington (roughly a 40 minute drive). We had a lot of furniture plus a piano. They still managed to have everything moved by 11:30. It was amazing. Very nice guys. I offered some beer after they were done, but they kindly declined.

Three men came to move a piano and an antique china cabinet from my previous home in the Ben Davis area of Indianapolis to my present home in Fishers. They were only about seven minutes later than scheduled; although, Daphne called to say they would be a little late. When they arrived they assessed the situation and determined the best way to get the pieces to the truck, since it was pouring down rain. In no time at all they were finished and followed me to our destination. They were all courteous and professional, and took excellent care of the furniture, walls, flooring, etc. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Ed, Keith and Bill were the three that moved us. They worked very quickly; we had no problems with scratched furniture and moved our piano. As a team they worked well together. Our new front door was on strangely and they had to be creative to get some of our stuff in and they did all of this in under the estimated time that they said that they would take.

Everything was easy, from the quote to the actual move. Moving is always stressful, but they did their part to make it easier. We had a lot more items to move than anticipated and they crammed it all in without complaint. It was snowing and sleeting, but they still took care to cover the floors and salt the sidewalks. It was a 9-hour job on a Friday in freezing weather. There were no major damages and we have VERY NICE Stickley furniture. I thought the price was extremely reasonable and the three gentlemen who moved us did a fantastic job. Shawn did the estimating and scheduling and was very helpful.

The move went very well. I was surprised at the care that they took. They wrapped all of the furniture items and were very careful. We did not see any damage.

We never received a telephone call back which surprised us since they were highly rated on Angies List, which is the reason we selected them. We went with another moving service that was more responsive.

They returned my call immediately and set up an appointment for a date that worked best for me. The guys sent on the job were very nice. They were incredibly hard working and the company was very responsive and responsible with my furniture and personal property. We had to move a piano and when they realized that they needed additional equipment to move it one of the guys stopped what he was doing to go get the appropriate cart so that the piano could be moved and the job could be finished that day. I happily paid a little extra because we went over the time that the company had allotted for my move. Overall a very professional company and I would certainly use them in the future!

They were a little late arriving on Thursday, supposed to be there at 9, got there 9:30 or so. The guy who packed the kitchen used more paper and boxes than I would have, but nothing got broken. On moving day they took a long lunch and did not drive the way I told them to the new house so they got stuck in traffic, leaving me waiting for almost 2 hours.

We were extremely happy with Emery's. A crew of three gentlemen worked very hard all day. We had a number of friends pitch in (to move a few delicate items) or just stop by to see the new house over the course of the day, everyone remarked on how polite the Emery's crew was. They even came in under the original estimate and didn't break anything. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Emery's was very professional and friendly. Everything was done on time and the guys were extremely careful with all of the furniture. Two white couches arrived with not a mark on them. There was one small incident with the side of one of the stairs, which only needed to be glued back on. They offered to come out and fix the stair for free, but it seemed unnecessary since we already had some wood glue.

I booked the move a few weeks in advance. The estimate provided by Emery's was competitive; They agreed to have a truck on the day of the move at my door at 9:30 am. At that time, I called to ask "Where's my truck?" and discovered that I had accidentally been dropped from the schedule. Before I had the opportunity to panic, the dispatcher made it right. A truck was located and a crew was called in on their day off. While you would expect a surly group to show, it was quite the opposite. They were courteous, apologetic and most importantly careful and efficient. The move was completed on time and all items arrived in their original condition. Despite meeting my deadline, I was afforded a discount for the late start and misunderstanding. I would highly recommend them.

Everything went fabulously well. They arrived at 9 a.m and got to work right away. They were courteous, quick and hard working, never complaining. They moved our whole house (5 bed/3 baths) in 1 day and finished packing our fragile items (kitchen and china). They stayed very late at night (10 p.m) to make sure we were all moved in with beds set up. Their rates were very reasonable, considering the amount of work and care they provided. We would definitely use them again in the future!!
