We asked for a quote to move us and we received no response.

They did a very good job with the set up times. I had to switch the date and they worked well with me. If you take hourly wage for 3 people for 4 hours @$375 that is approx $94/ for 3 people. They problem I had was that .75 of my 4 hours was drive time. I told them I did NOT want to go over the 4 hours limit period. I wanted ALL the heavy stuff out first and whatever was left I would get later in my car because I had 3 extra days to get out of my apt. The did not load my big bedroom set till last and my dining room set second to last. Needless to say they went over my manditory 4 hours that I wanted to pay. They charged me an for an extra hour and 15 min to finish the job. I wrote a check for $515...more than what I had demanded. Little shakey at first when the first word out of the driver when he gets out of the truck is ohhh my back. The time they were there they did work hard and I was very pleased with their work ethic. Other than the cost I was pleased.

They arrived on time. They were hard working and did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend them.

Wow. What great service and guys. Not a huge move but done in such a professional manner. 2 smaller guys show up at the door and I think "yeah, they can do this well...."--several very heavy pieces. But do it well they did. Very courteous, hustled. Did great job moving all my pieces, including several irreplaceable antiques. Moved up and down stairs. Work on hourly basis and didn't try and jack up cost by moving slowly--they just hustled, but doing so with care. Even offered to stop for lunch with them and they declined. Thought they did a great job and if I Have a job in the future would highly recommend. All my pieces got here without a scratch, and for a very reasonable price. Thank you!

Very well Good crew They worked hard

To set the move up it went very easy. No one called to confirm the appointment, so I did that on my end. When the movers arrived on the day of, it was 2 men that had shirts on with a company logo and another that had a racing shirt on. This gentlemen was not a mover. Even though our deal paid for 3 men, the gentlemen in the racing shirt sat with us most of the time and moved chairs and very small boxes. Because I had paid for a certain amount of time, I was very upset with this. The other 2 men that were with the company, did excellent work. The only issue was that they did need an additional hand, which my husband and myself gave them because the 3rd gentlemen was not going out of his way to do any work. The move was done on time, but because of the time wasted with only 2 movers, nothing was put in its place when everything arrived at our new home. I did call and speak with the owner that informed me a mover had recently quit and that she sent her father out with the crew to insure that I had 3 movers. I was happy to hear that this was not an actual employee of the company, but felt awkward explaining how bad he was in helping the movers at all because this was her father. She did offer to give me some of the money back on my move, I was ok with that but no entirely happy. The fact that I had to help along with my husband during the move was not ok with me. The reason that we paid for movers was so we did not have to work on the moving the items ourselves. I have a bad back and was doing more work than the 3rd gentlemen. I would make sure that you KNOW if all of the movers that you are paying for are actual employees of the company, if they are not then set another date with the company.

The movers arrived on time and were professional. Having three men helped as one could be in the truck securing items while the two others moved. We did have a bit of an issue with our couch as it had to go out the condo by going over the second floor balcony. The couch was scraped a bit by the bricks on the way down, but nothing too noticeable. Additionally, they had taken a mirror off a dresser and placed the screws for the mirror in one of the dresser drawers. Once the dresser was at the new house, the screws were missing. They were polite enough to not go through an underwear drawer and asked us to look for them there (and that's where they were found). The thing that surprised me the most was the cost at the end. I paid $375 for four hours, three men and one truck. The move took about five hours so I was prepared to pay a bit more. However, I was not told when I made my reservation that travel time to and from Emery's offices would be included in my overall charges. Emery's is located 30 minutes away from us, so we were charged an additional hour worth of time. Between the cost of the Big Deal, the cost of the extra two hours and the tip I gave each of the men, the total cost was $700. I believe that movers are worth every penny. However, next time we move, I might hire someone a bit closer so as not to be charged travel fees.

They did a great job. They were punctual, careful and professional. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Slower than anticipated but generally ok. Crew member made some uncalled for remarks to a friend who was helping during the moving process.

Can't say enough good things about Emery's Moving. When the movers got there, they knewright away that all my stuff wouldn't fit in the one truck. Daphne told me she would go pick up another mover, not charge me for the additional truck, and give me a discount for the additional moving person. The moving guys were very professional, very personable, and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them for any moving job.

From the beginning the owner answered all of my questions, was detailed in the information she took from me, the day of the move they arrived on time, were very professional, asked questions if they were unsure, very efficient, estimated cost was right on target. I couldn't have been more pleased with this company.

They were on time. Unfortunately, it was crazy hot day, the day they moved me so they took longer. They were professional, and they didn't damage any furniture. In my new home, I have hardwood floors and they were very careful with my floors which I appreciate. They moved my furniture without any issues.

I needed someone last minute and they we able to schedule me. They showed up at 7:30am and finished at 5pm for 3 guys. I had to leave early in the day to close on the sale of my house. I was impressed with the responsibility of these

Very Considerate Very Professional Hard workers

There's nothing's spectacular about them but they're fine.

This move went great. Movers showed up on time and ready to work. Movers worked efficiently without wasting time. They even worked with us to stop at a second location to pick up the heavy furniture from my boyfriends before unloading at out new house. I would definitely use Emery Movers again.

It went very well. They showed up at the time they were supposed too. They were very accommodating and patient. We had to have certain things go to several diffrent places. They also had to take things from the new home and take them to the storage unit as well so they multiple stops. They were organized really, patient and really appreeciate that.

Movers were on time, clean, worked quickly, very courteous and caused no damage. Exactly what you want in a moving company.

Everys Movers were fantastic. They showed up on time and got to work immediately; working fast and carefully. They were able to move all the large items in our house in just a few hours. We were particularly concerned about a large, heavy, antique upright piano. They expertly got it into the new house without a scratch - on the piano or the floor of the new house. I would certainly recommend Emerys to family and friends and would definitely use them again.
