They did a pretty good job. I would use them again.

My leaves fell late this fall; my Bradford Pear actually didn't drop it's leaves until a couple days before the first snowfall. Between the snow and the 4-5 inches of rainfall the leaves had affixed themselves into the grass and soil making raking and/or blowing extremely difficult. I've used Diversity in the past for lawncare needs, and contacted Belinda on Saturday to see if Diversity was still performing leaf removal in the early winter. On Monday, she sent a crew of two to perform the job and then two more were called in with heavier equipment. Under the circumstances, they did a remarkable job of clearing my property of leaves. What I like about Diversity is that they give you an estimate, it is always reasonable, and they never deviate from it. Other companies I've contacted will indicate that they charge per man/per labor hour so you never know what the actual cost is until the job is finished. I highly recommend Diversity for lawncare needs. They are prompt, professional, and serve your individual needs.

Bought a deal worked out the details through Angie's list website. We asked for a date in December, since several of trees of take a long time to loose their leaves but last Thursday I came last at the end of the day and all the leaves had fallen. Notified Diversity on Friday that I would like them to come as soon as they could and they came today. Did a great job.

They totally killed it - they edged, mulched, trimmed, weeded, and beautified my massive yard FAR better than I could have done myself. There were a few places where they pulled plants instead of weeds, but the efficiency and excellence of the job otherwise made this tiny issue seem worth it. I also want to note specifically that they did a proper mulch job around the trees - perfect, wide circles and no volcano mulching!

Diversity Lawn Care did an outstanding job removing leaves from my yard. I have many mature trees on my property and a lot of leaves in the autumn. Diversity arrived on the date I selected, promptly and efficiently removed all leaves (including complete clean-up of all beds) and did so at an extremely reasonable price. I am a huge fan of theirs now and will use them again in the future for all law care needs.

It went great and they have a great way to pay! You can pay on their website. The price was reasonable and they came out three times during the summer to take care of it. They also have a very good way of communicating when the application was done. They left a note on our door to let us know when they did the application.

I had the names of four different companies, Diversity Lawncare was the only company that called me back. They were very prompt, professional, and they did a great job. The price was very reasonable.

Diversity Lawncare is very conscientious about only mowing the lawn when needed.

I purchased an aeration deal over the weekend from this service provider through Angie's List and upon purchase had inquired about some other services I wanted done (seeding and fertilization). They scheduled the work, (was told they would come some time the following week) but didn't answer my questions about the add-on services. I called the following monday and the lady who answered the phone told me she would need to speak with the owner about pricing and would call me back. By Friday I still had not heard back and no one ever showed up to do the aeration. Angie's List gave me a refund on the deal and I hired another provider.

We purchased lawn care services through a Big Deal and have been using them since. The work has turned out well. The only issue we encountered was that they missed us when we first signed on with them. They did come on an unscheduled day and completed the lawn maintenance services. The gentleman who came to mow the lawn, was very courteous and polite. Since then, they have arrived on a regular rotation.

The work turned out well. However, they wished that more work could have been done in that amount of time.

Fine. Lawn looks good. Price very fair. They were busy. Took awhile to get a quote and get work going. Office staff easy to work with and responsive. Work done as promised.

They did not lawn the yard on a weekly basis as I expected. I had to call to follow up. They did return phone calls very promptly. When the service was provided it was well done.

Never called me back to do the work.

The provider did a pretty good job of mowing except left the area next to my alley unmowed. The 1st time it happened I thought, well I forgot to leave a gate unlocked for them to mow it. Still happened when I left the gate unlocked. I didn't have a chance to call and complain so maybe its my fault but still think they could've seen it was my property and tried to use the gate or drive around to the back of my property to finish the job.

great service, love coming home to a good looking yard. he always shows up as scheduled and we've never had any problems at all. he also blows off the grass from front walk and driveway which we appreciate

cALLED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH TO ASK FOR A SERVICE QUOTE. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM SO i CALLED AGAIN, AND BASICALLY I GOT A BRUSH OFF SAYING THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME. THEY CALLED 2 WEEKS LATER AND ASKED IF I WAS STILL INTERESTED IN A QUOTE...I HAD ORIGINALLY ASKED TO BE PROMPT AS I NEEDED HELP IMMEDIATELY.

They did a good job with the work, but they never came back when I called them this summer. Furthermore, they never returned my numerous phone calls to them as well.

Never did receive a quote from company. I was contacted on 07/15, saying a quote would be done. I asked again; still no quote. On 07/23, I was told that Tim would work on quote on the next day. I initially sent pictures which would eliminate a lot of guesswork, so I'm not sure what the issue was.

They came to work! They got right to it removing unwanted bushes and weeks.

Setting up services proved almost disastrous at first. It took approx. two weeks before he was able to come out and mow, and sadly the employee who "estimated" my lawn care failed to note that the yard was rather high. After the first mowing attempt, I had to contact Diversity about why my back yard had not been mown. After about a month of failed attempts, miscommunication and a couple heated conversations, things finally smoothed out and the yard was mowed regularly and neatly. They mow every week for decent prices, pick up any trash thrown in the yard and do a pretty decent job. If starting a regular contract with this company to mow your lawn, I highly recommend requesting someone meet you at the property for a personal estimate. The initial interactions were either on the phone or through email and proved to cause a large deal of stress that could have been avoided had we met in person. Overall service I would rate as an A. A little more care could be given to customers with complaints, but would recommend to someone needing regular lawn maintenance.

They keep the mowers set a little higher than I am used to but it looks very good and healthy.

Went well... They delivered the mulch on the agree upon time.
