Crew Property Improvement Specialists

This is the second time that I have worked with Crew and I am always very impressed by the excellent communication throughout the process and by the high quality work they perform. I am extremely satisfied with the results. They are a great and trustworthy company, which I highly recommend.

Crew was great. Had 3 projects to complete and Eric had his team at my house within 2 days and completed all within 2 days. Very professional and at a price far less than I had been quoted by other service pros. Will definitely use again.

I was referred to Crew Property Improvement Specialists for contract work for my home. I called and Mac, site mgr, came out walked through what I was looking to have worked on and provided me with an estimate. I hired them after reading some of the reviews, but I also knew I would be present on property for all work, so I could see what was being done. Mac came out the first day to explain the work to the one guy who did show up. I wasn't aware of the 'sub-contractor(s)' until they showed up. I was told there would be -2- guys for 2-3 days, not what happened at all. First day only -1- guy showed up. Midday, this guy called the boss and told him they would be finished by noon on 2nd day. (No, not when you arrive at noon) Not even close. Second day -2- guys nearly 4 hours late and worked into my on call time, not acceptable. Then, 3rd day, -1- guy shows up 2.5 hours late. The other guy was a no call-no show. I called the office on the days the guys were late and no response back from anyone. Then, I found out, the office didn't even know the -1- guy that showed up on 3rd day was even at my property. Sadly, the work was less than stellar by all accounts, not even acceptable workmanship. I have reached out to the site mgr and owner. The site mgr, Mac, came out and took pictures and wrote a new summary of work that needed to be redone. He even replied, 'this was not what I told them and explained it needed to be redone.' I explained I didn't want the same crew out-they had done enough. I wanted a new crew. I was told NO by the owner, Eric! I requested a new crew again. I was told NO again. I asked -3- times and was told NO each time. I was told the main guy was sick and didn't perform his best work. Horse-Hockey! I have been blown off and now left to find a new company to correct these mistakes. I find this company very dishonest, disrespectful, and dirty. It is my house. I allowed them to send a crew out for work and expected them to get the work done correctly the first time.! Not make some excuses for the sub-contractors that were sent to work on my home. And then I was told I was unreasonable. Great Tact for Customer Service! Heed Caution if you hire them for anything. The company failed! Concerned Customer ps. The pictures attached are a few of the physical issues....cannot take pictures of door locks installed incorrectly and won't lock....a bubble wrap sounding vinyl flooring...just poor workmanship.

When Crew Property had completed the job, the posts and railings were solid and secure. New sections match extremely well with the old sections. Good carpentry work.

They were very good. I think they charged us around $1000.00, but I am not positive. They were very efficient. It seemed like they were expensive, but they were really good at what they did. There were no hitches. We didn't have any problems and then we moved, so I assume it's still fine. I think they were a little high price wise.

They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. They got in and got the job done well.

They completed the job in October 2009. They put in some new lighting that included fixtures and rewiring. Our experience with them was very good. I liked working with the estimator. The guy came out and estimated it. The workers showed up on time and did quality work. I was very happy with their services.

It went very well. I had to go out of the country so they arranged the time to do the work with the tenants of the house. The tenant was very satisfied with their work. The house only has 1 bathroom so they made sure they did not leave the tenants without a working bathroom for very long. According to the tenant they cleaned up well after their work and worked in a timely manner. I would definitely used them again. Especially that I was able to get the work done while I was gone gave me peace of mind.
